꿈과 사랑을 이루기 위해 노력하는 청춘의 눈부신 순간을 기록한 tvN 월화드라마 ‘청춘기록’의 아홉 번째 OST ‘내 마음이 그렇대’를 공개한다.
‘내 마음이 그렇대’는 ‘꽃길의 아이콘’으로 불리는 세정이 참여했다. ‘내 마음이 그렇대’는 ‘청춘기록’ 11부 엔딩에 처음 등장해 임팩트 있는 장면을 완성한 노래다. 남녀 주인공의 깊어진 사랑, 서로에 대한 애틋함, 깊은 그리움과 더불어 갈등과 고민까지 담아냈다.
사혜준(박보검 분), 안정하(박소담 분)의 사랑 이야기뿐 아니라 두 사람을 가장 가까이에서 지켜보면서 본인도 모르게 마음속에 들어온 외사랑을 숨기며 혼자 끌어안고 있는 원해효(변우석 분)의 심정까지도 가사에 담아냈다. 앞서 공개된 다른 멜로 테마의 OST보다 한층 더 절실하고 호소력 짙은 노래다.
인트로부터 시작되는 Felt 피아노의 절제된 선율은 전반적인 배경을 이루며 가사에 더욱 집중하게 만든다. 2절 이후 브릿지 부분부터 Felt 피아노의 화음과 멜로디가 쌓이며 극적인 반전을 전달하고 어느새 선명한 사운드로 곡의 절정에 이르게 되는 ‘내 마음이 그렇대’는 시청자들과 리스너들의 깊은 여운을 남긴다.
‘청춘기록’의 남혜승 음악감독은 “세정은 시원하게 뻗는 고음과 순간적으로 가성을 넘나드는 가창력으로 감정을 깊게 그려야 할 때와 절제할 때를 프로페셔널하게 잘 표현하여 곡의 완성도를 높였다”고 칭찬을 아끼지 않았다.
‘내 마음이 그렇대’ 목소리의 주인공 세정은 구구단으로 데뷔한 후 노래는 물론 광고, 드라마, 예능 등을 통해 폭넓게 활약하고 있으며 다수의 OST에도 참여해 가창력을 인정받았다.

The way drama music pds always ask Sejeong to sing osts when the episode will have conflict, hardships, break up moments between the lead characters because her voice has so much emotion that you can really feel tears are about to fall while she sings in the background as you watch the sad scenes. After officially listening to the song in the MV! I have to admit that Sejeong’s voice is therapeutic! The song which has a calming Instrumental is mixed with Sejeong’s high notes and low notes. Her falsettos and belts in the song are just amazing! It’s really relaxing... She also gives us a peculiar feeling/emotion in the heart which we don’t know how to express or explain.
She is truly an empathic singer who puts herself first in the characters situation and deeply assess how the characters actually feel.
