That moment when Anna says “there is so much stuff in here” and “I feel like I could edit it down a bit more”!! The guilt hits me like a ton of bricks. 😃 I cannot tell you how many clothes I have, it’s truly obscene. But am on a no buy year now (after a rocky start during the sales) and I will be brutal when next clearing my wardrobes. Your aesthetic is goals Anna. 🙏
Have a look at the #2020wehaveplenty on Instagram. It's about restyleing what you have and a no buy challenge for the year. I also recently read 'the no spend year's which was really informative.
I was going to do a winter switch the other day but it honestly feels like autumn weather still, it’s been 10-14 degrees each day which is MAD, I remember when January was into the minus degrees every day and I’d wear 2 jumpers and a coat! Global warming is most certainly real.😭
Why don't you invest in shoe storage..IKEA have some good ideas for the hallway.. was thinking it would give you more storage space for your clothing. Love the video Anna you've inspired me to get my wardrobe tidied out. ❤👍xx
I love your videos, i always go into an "Edited mode" after watching your videos. I am forever amazed by how much you can fit into your closet especially that you are able to fit in winter coats.
For years I've thought you reminded me of a famous person and could never figure out who. I just watched LaLa Land and then put this video on and realised you totally remind me of Emma Stone! So gorge. Has anyone ever told you that??
you have inspired me since last year to slowly downsize my entire wardrobe , footwear down 50% in 2019 and im getting there with my clothes - my aim was 20 items for january 2020 but i sorted out 30 which will keep me busy today listing them on ebay :)
Have major wardrobe envy whenever I watch your videos! Was just thinking if you put those shelves on tracks you would be able to pull out each one and have easier access to the clothes and shoes at the back. Just a thought, the Virgo in me can't help but try and come up with storage solutions!
Noodle Maiden winter has been all over the place in my country. One day it’s sunny at 10 degrees Celsius and the next day suddenly windy and down to 1 degree Celsius. I usually wear a down jacket in winter and wool coats as well as a Barbour waxed jacket in autumn, but now I constantly switch between all those since the weather is so inconsistent and can’t but any of those jackets into storage for the season 🙈
Ahh I love these videos so much! It’s amazing how you just seem to be such a natural at it now Anna. I’ve decided to do a low buy year this year and always love watching your style videos because you seem to be one of the few you tubers that values quality investment pieces. I actually love seeing the same pieces come out for your capsule each year because it shows that you truly thought about each item ✨
You once showed the bottle green cashmere jumper from &otherstories in a video when you purchased it and for the first time ever I bought something a UA-camr showed/recommended and I could not be happier with my purchase! It’s one of my most worn jumpers since I got it 💕
Love the video! Just want to say make sure the charity bags through the doors are not for clothes recycling as opposed to clothes for donation. Some times the bags are on behalf of charities by recyclers who donate £x amount per tonne of textile. This means the clothes are effectively 'destroyed' and not sold in shops :)
This wasn't something I'd considered either. Not driving means I use these collections for convenience - will def have a read of the bag if i need to donate anything next time one pops through letterbox.
Love your videos and style as always. 👐 But one question: Why do you store your coats in your wardrobe in your bed room and not close to the entry door where you would take them off entering a apartment? Greetings and happy sunday Xx L.
Linda20 was thinking the same.... also shoes are always wet and a bit messy after you used them so seems a bit of work to clean them to put back in the bedroom all the time... my guess is that they have a typical english narrow hallway by the front door with no space for a wardrobe 🤔😜😀
Yes that can be.. narrow hallways. 😊 I mean I have coats in my wardrobe as well but only the one I am not using that frequent. Daily used coats are hanging at the coat rack next to the main door. At least is like this in Austria! Happy sunday 😙
Thank you! Would love to, but unfortunately we don’t have the space in our flat hallway - there’s no storage in there! Hopefully one day when we move we’ll be able to have some hallway storage for all our shoes and coats! X
@@linnea1790 It's not just s british thing, very common to not necessarily have your coats at the doorway in other european countries as well i.e. in Portugal sometimes you might keep some of your coats in the hallway but generally they go in your wardrobe along with the rest of your clothes! The thing is it's much easier to get dressed by having your coats just there along with the rest of your clothes, its part of the outfit, so then yoy can properly choose which coat will go with your outfit of the day! In many european countries usually you only put a few bigger coats at an entrance closet for space purposes, the rest are in your bedroom closet! I think it's more of a northern europe thing to keep them all in that entrance closet because mostly it's freezing and wet and you do have many big coats!
I love love love your capsule wardrobe videos! My organising self loves watching them and they are also the reason why i'm trying to get into this capsule wardrobe business this year
I really like this type of videos and your style! Even though I still am a student so I can't afford a lot of the items you show, I Always use your style as an inspiration when building my wardrobe 😊
Good morning! Getting ready for work (dress down day/jeans and NFL jersey). Hard to switch into seasonal wear, it rained non-stop for nearly 36 hour's, then sleet, now snow. I do enjoy your seasonal capsule switcheroos, as always. ❤
Hi Anna! I'm moving back to the UK in October (yay!) from the southern hemisphere. What key pieces should I make sure I have for the that time of year ? (that will see me through till February when the container comes with the rest of my wardrobe). I'm thinking trench coat, cashmere coat, 4 pairs of boots, one pair of doc brogues, and the usual jeans, corduroy, smart pants etc. But it's the tops that have me flummoxed - should I rather buy my jerseys in England and just bring my long sleeved tops? ( I only have 3 jerseys that I love and am thinking it's not worth buying here in SA). Your advice (and anyone else's) would be so appreciated! xxx
Anna. I wish I was a fraction as organised as you. Do you find that your coats and silk shirts get really crumpled when they're stored under your bed? Would you have a clothes rail with a cover over in your (incredibly tidy) loft?
So inspirational, I'm getting double fitted wardrobes from having a whole room full of clothes. I want to downsize and just make use of everything till it rips.
Do you guys not have a coat/shoe closet by your front door? Storing coats somewhere else would give less bulk to your closet. You inspire me to pair my wardrobe down!
Annaaaa I love your outfit in this video! Cardigan and a pair of jeans.. even if you wear a top inside I can’t tell so that makes the outfit sexier in an “elegant” way ❤️❤️
Just wondering, do you air out and clean your shoes after each wear before you put them back in the closet? I had my boots in my closet for a while and it was a big mess in fall/winter due to rainy weather, etc. Nice selection of clothes!
I have been needing to sort though and re-jig my wardrobe for a while now and this has finally given me the motivation to actually do it! (also #47 on trending!!)
Do you go into how you store your off season pieces in your book? Or do you have a video on it? I’m worried about putting clothes in my loft it’s so cold up there 🥶
Loved the video! Would it not be better having a separate place to store your winter jackets, so you have more room in your wardrobe? I ended up getting a rail for mines as they ate up so much of my wardrobe 😂🙈 x
Could I ask what size you get in the re/done jeans? Love that style too and I think we’d be the same! I couldn’t see it on your blog, but if I missed it sorry!
I have a question for you Anna. In my house we have a hall closet when you walk in the front door for coats, jackets, scarves... This is common in homes in the U.S. Do homes in London typically not have a downstairs closet for coats? You'd have so much more space in your bedroom closet. Just curious. After watching this video, I need to re edit my sweaters, just when I thought I already finished.
Maybe put your slippers under the bed right where you can slip them on, and your yoga mat too. You must not have a coat closet at the front door of your home for winter coats.
Greetings from Toronto! Do you not have a closet by the front door? Maybe it’s a North American thing. You would have more space for clothes in your wardrobe.
Hi Anna! First of all, I love your videos. I’ve been following you for years - almost since the beginning :) I’d love to know where that duvet cover is from. I love the colour. Lots of kisses from an OG follower from Barcelona! ♥️
Ash Armour please believe me when i say you will not need one! I emigrated to Australia 13 years ago and have only needed a winter coat if I had to wait for public transport very early in the morning! I really miss winter clothes!!
Hey i know its not the right content - but i am loving the armani lid tint 23 😍 thanks for making me buy it :D i have the new small one, but i think its the same :) have a nice weekend!
If you want to wear more of your items, why would you put functional but lesser worn items in the back where you are even less likely to see and wear them?
Am I the only one who is grossed out by the fact that dirty shoes are on the shelf next to the clothes? Why are they not on the floor by the front door????!!!!
Who else is OBSESSED with her style? 😍😊
It's on trend but also classic and her look never ever looks contrived.
Fashionista Hairstyles me❗️
It’s gorgeous! 😍
Anna’s ‘messy’ wardrobe is mine after 8 hours of sorting/crying/wishing I’d never started 😂

T D thank you. I’ll do that.
Me too, far too many... as of today on a no buy til 31 March 👍
Jane Milroy best of luck with that. 😁
Me too!
I was going to do a winter switch the other day but it honestly feels like autumn weather still, it’s been 10-14 degrees each day which is MAD, I remember when January was into the minus degrees every day and I’d wear 2 jumpers and a coat! Global warming is most certainly real.😭
You're right! I've gone out in my winter and scarf and have been sweating!
Tia Maria me, an Australian living in London- has been wearing 2 jumpers and a coat all January 😅
MY FAVE TIME OF THE SEASON LOL I LOVE THESE VIDEOS FROM YOUUUUU!!!! My life inspo forever xx
I love your channel Allana ❤️
Why don't you invest in shoe storage..IKEA have some good ideas for the hallway.. was thinking it would give you more storage space for your clothing. Love the video Anna you've inspired me to get my wardrobe tidied out. ❤👍xx
Exactly! besides, it's very unhygienic to keep shoes in the closet, in the bedroom😔
I love your videos, i always go into an "Edited mode" after watching your videos. I am forever amazed by how much you can fit into your closet especially that you are able to fit in winter coats.
I adore your pink cashmere sweater and am happy to see its reappearance. It is wonderful to see you in a pop of color!
For years I've thought you reminded me of a famous person and could never figure out who. I just watched LaLa Land and then put this video on and realised you totally remind me of Emma Stone! So gorge. Has anyone ever told you that??
Cariad 678 and Mark looks like Ryan Gosling. They could make a lala land remake together XD
I feel like we need another “Mark picks my Outfits” video! 😎
you have inspired me since last year to slowly downsize my entire wardrobe , footwear down 50% in 2019 and im getting there with my clothes - my aim was 20 items for january 2020 but i sorted out 30 which will keep me busy today listing them on ebay :)

Does anyone else struggle with the seasons being less defined and having some days wind and rainy and others mild and bright?
Noodle Maiden winter has been all over the place in my country. One day it’s sunny at 10 degrees Celsius and the next day suddenly windy and down to 1 degree Celsius. I usually wear a down jacket in winter and wool coats as well as a Barbour waxed jacket in autumn, but now I constantly switch between all those since the weather is so inconsistent and can’t but any of those jackets into storage for the season 🙈
Yes! Just talked with a friend that 4 years ago at the same date we had snow. And this winter we had no snow yet. It's really sad and scary
Absolutely! Never know what to wear..😒

ekk yes! I love a good capsule video - always sets a good feash midset!
please tell me I am not the only guy that watches Anna, just love her (:
I love that you're adding more colors to your wardrobe 😍
You once showed the bottle green cashmere jumper from &otherstories in a video when you purchased it and for the first time ever I bought something a UA-camr showed/recommended and I could not be happier with my purchase! It’s one of my most worn jumpers since I got it 💕
Marie kondo folding changed my life....you should try it
I *know* - never knew I could get so organized on a wash day.
Thanks for the heads up! X
This wasn't something I'd considered either. Not driving means I use these collections for convenience - will def have a read of the bag if i need to donate anything next time one pops through letterbox.
I was about to comment the same thing- those charity bags are such a con!!
I am so in love with your capsule wardrobe videos 😍
Please please do a redone Jean review! It is so difficult to find videos about them.
Love your videos and style as always. 👐 But one question: Why do you store your coats in your wardrobe in your bed room and not close to the entry door where you would take them off entering a apartment? Greetings and happy sunday Xx L.

Was about to ask the exact same thing! I’ve never seen coats and jackets in the bedroom here in Sweden so maybe it’s a British thing? 😅
Yes that can be.. narrow hallways. 😊 I mean I have coats in my wardrobe as well but only the one I am not using that frequent. Daily used coats are hanging at the coat rack next to the main door. At least is like this in Austria! Happy sunday 😙

Your new slippers look so soft and fluffy. Very tempting.
Excited for your Winter capsulebwarbrode in the new House!
I really like this type of videos and your style! Even though I still am a student so I can't afford a lot of the items you show, I Always use your style as an inspiration when building my wardrobe 😊
Anna, have ever done a video on your favorite loungewear pieces? I adore your style and would love to know what pieces you love for relaxing in
Good morning! Getting ready for work (dress down day/jeans and NFL jersey). Hard to switch into seasonal wear, it rained non-stop for nearly 36 hour's, then sleet, now snow. I do enjoy your seasonal capsule switcheroos, as always. ❤
You're style is 👌 love what you're wearing in this video and so glad you still have the pink knit! It looks fab on you x
that orange colour you were talking about is a colour i get every year but this year i could not find anything!
Sri Lanka is absolutely amazing, I was there last Christmas. Have a brilliant time X
Yes! My fave videos 🥰 Thanks for all the inspo.

I was so happy when I saw you uploaded a new capsule wardrobe video! Love these videos!!
I absolutely love your style ☺️☺️☺️☺️

I get excited when these videos go up!

Just saw a leopard print washed silk Equipment blouse on the Outnet and thought of you, Anna. Right after I saw a new upload. Coincidence or not?
Anna your style is so effortless & gorgeous! x
I love your video Anna and your style is 👌🏻🙏🏻❗️😘❤️
Please do an entire knit collection
I have been needing to sort though and re-jig my wardrobe for a while now and this has finally given me the motivation to actually do it! (also #47 on trending!!)
I wish I could pull off her haircut, so pretty!
Do you go into how you store your off season pieces in your book? Or do you have a video on it? I’m worried about putting clothes in my loft it’s so cold up there 🥶
Useful and aesthetically pleasing organization! Also loved the Jimmy Neutron reference. ✨
Loved the video! Would it not be better having a separate place to store your winter jackets, so you have more room in your wardrobe? I ended up getting a rail for mines as they ate up so much of my wardrobe 😂🙈 x
Anna, where is that beautiful bottle green chunky knit you wore last year?? It clearly didn't make the cut :(
Are the Ganni boots too high for a full day wear or would you do a day out in them ??
Love this! What is the brand of makeup bag that you stored? I could use one like that.
Please open a knitwear shop! 😍😍😍
I love these videos! If you think your wardrobe is messy, you should see mine 😅. But you’ve inspired me to go through my closet.
Could I ask what size you get in the re/done jeans? Love that style too and I think we’d be the same! I couldn’t see it on your blog, but if I missed it sorry!
What bag was it that you tucked your accessories into? Can’t find it and am in LOVE.
I have a question for you Anna. In my house we have a hall closet when you walk in the front door for coats, jackets, scarves... This is common in homes in the U.S. Do homes in London typically not have a downstairs closet for coats? You'd have so much more space in your bedroom closet. Just curious.

Where is that pink makeup storage bag from? I love it
Where was that pink makeup storage from??? It’s so cute
i really do wish i was this organised 💗
I love you videos.
Random question, which yoga mat do you use? I looking for one that's non slip.
Me with my 2 pairs of shoes 😭😭 Love all your boots!
Maybe put your slippers under the bed right where you can slip them on, and your yoga mat too. You must not have a coat closet at the front door of your home for winter coats.
I need work out clothes capsule!
Greetings from Toronto! Do you not have a closet by the front door? Maybe it’s a North American thing. You would have more space for clothes in your wardrobe.
I have it and I'm from Croatia. I guess she doesn't have space for it in her hallway!
You definitely inspired me to tackle my closet 😊✌
do you still have the bright green sweater? that's been a favorite of mine on you
Knit ware galore! Haha please please do a packing vid for Sri Lanka!
Hi Anna! First of all, I love your videos. I’ve been following you for years - almost since the beginning :) I’d love to know where that duvet cover is from. I love the colour. Lots of kisses from an OG follower from Barcelona! ♥️
Ava Berlin oh, thank you! 😘
Thanks! It’s from La Redoute! X
The Anna Edit thanks Anna! Let’s see if I can find it here in Redoute Spain because I love it 😍
i just had a look at the price of that whistles coat and spat my water out. I'm moving to Sydney in winter and am trying to find a good coat.
Ash Armour please believe me when i say you will not need one! I emigrated to Australia 13 years ago and have only needed a winter coat if I had to wait for public transport very early in the morning! I really miss winter clothes!!
Anna how do you wash Cashmere sweaters?
Hey Anna! How do you do a capsule wardrobe when you have a casual wardrobe and a formal work wardrobe? I can’t work it out. Anyone?
One day you should commit to wearing ALL your leopard print. Coat, pants, shoes, bag. Challenge yourself 😂
Where do I get your book in South Africa?
No coat closet when you enter your home?
Hey i know its not the right content - but i am loving the armani lid tint 23 😍 thanks for making me buy it :D i have the new small one, but i think its the same :) have a nice weekend!
Brilliant news! So glad you like it! Hope you have a great weekend too x
does anyone know where Anna's yoga mat and carrying straps are from!?
If you want to wear more of your items, why would you put functional but lesser worn items in the back where you are even less likely to see and wear them?
I have soo much knitwear.
How do you fit your underwear, socks and PJ's in 1 draw?! 😲😅
but why does white have to mean summer? white can be so fresh in winter
I agree! Love a black and white outfit in winter👌
These types of videos are what I look forward to on your channel. I’m very sick of seeing hauls. Hauls are just so wasteful and excessive to me now!
Did she say that took her AN HOUR AND A HALF???! I literally thought she was going to say four hours. Why am I so bad at everything??
Book plug lol 😆
I’m in America...what do you mean by “re done” when referring to your trousers?
It's the name of a jeans brand! Very popular on Instagram etc!
Do re-done recondition items for sale, so they reduce clothing waste? I've got a vague idea that has to do with the name and branding...
Pmsl! Your going to have a shock when you have kids! 😂 I wish I had time for this. It looks so good!!
Am I the only one who is grossed out by the fact that dirty shoes are on the shelf next to the clothes? Why are they not on the floor by the front door????!!!!
Do people really put shoes into the wardrobe?
Kimi H clearly
yes
