This is a powerful performance, they proof their strength as a quartet although with a different vibe compared to Geri’s times. The 4 are on point!
I feel like the 4 fit all genres of music and Geri didn’t. Geri’s voice is so flat and just doesn’t sound good in this type of song. I’m glad Victoria got the recognition she deserved. In my opinion, she was the Madonna of the group, she could do it all.

I think if Mel C had it her way, the third album would’ve been more rock like step to me, pain proof, next best superstar, very personal from her heart lyrically etc…
Geri would’ve been more pop/vintage/disco Madonna inspired, also Jazz flare
Emma would’ve been Motown, 60s vibes, ballads etc..
Victoria is more sultry flavour like Saturday Night & Denying (also theatrical like Lady Is A Vamp), but she’s also very R&B,
Mel B adds a good flavour of rap and heavily R&B, urban raw kind a like the demos of the first album. . This band was definitely the true definition of Spice.. so many different flavours that come together that create a delicious meal.
The second album is clearly the best as it showcased all of their personalities and talent .
Geri was never the best dancer or singer but she had a presence that was undeniably missing when she left..

Holler and Tell Me Why were the only good productions. The rest of the productions he gave them were very very weak. And I loved Darkchild productions in the early 00s but he watered it down so much for them trying to be bubblegum pop and it didn't work. They should've worked with multiple producers.

Emma Bunton was quite actually good less pitchy than some of the others with more powerful voices. She's sweet but stable. I'm amazed 😮
Her voice has always been very stable, never seen her fail. Just like she has always been there for the band.
Not when she sang her solo hits at party at the park, or at the vmas, or with pavarotti & friends, or promoting her songs in America. Baby Spice sounded very pitchy and breathy a lot of times
3:17 Mel C is most definitely singing "Come and Play" but since the song has been released, nobody can clarify if that is what is said in the studio recording. The studio recording sounds like "Follow and play" and every single lyric database says "Follow me" which it isn't. I'm still wondering
