Wow. I'm a rider at chowdeck, I'm so happy to finally hear and learn the processes that brings about the orders that I deliver for the day. Chowdeck is the best thing that has happened to me.
@@PeaceItimiofficialwell done. If the new thing you are trying is getting us to see up close the operations and meet with the people in the business, not just the founder... It's so great!!! I do recruitment, but the way the team came together is beyond what recruitment typically looks like. Thank you for sharing. I celebrate everyone who takes ownership of their role. It's amazing how from helping with delivering food to the founder, Tomilola became a member of the team. Great Ife by the way...lol
Watched a couple of videos you spoke in or hosted and I must say this is my favorite segment. Thanks a lot for what you do. The sky is just the beginning for you, Peace
Absolutely amazing my boss keep it up God will keep blessing you for Us we vendor agent of chowdeck am your vendor agent at labule ogudu chowdeck for life 💞💞 backward never for forward ever love you boss
The aura here is humbling. Everyone is so at their base and working!! “People are willing to fail fast to learn fast” that’s how u know a company has the right mindset. This business will explode they are just beginning
I actually love the new show. It will take more work to interview key stakeholders in the team but it will definitely offer more insights into the makeup of the team and how it operates. I thoroughly enjoyed this one.
I already feel like a member of the ChowDeck family, the synergy & camaraderie top to bottom should be studied. Great interview & i strongly recommend everyone running a business to watch & learn. Downloading & using the app right away!
What an interesting interview, I go a lot, from problems and challenges to solutions. Food delivery has always been a challenge. What an interview Peace ✌️ See you in May 25
You' ust got a subscriber Peace❤. An impressive interview. All I see in chowdeck is One Spirit of the teams.. kudos to chowdeck, I pray you keep up with this
At first I didn't think I would get much value from watching this video. My attitude was "he's a young founder and haven't gotten much experience, what would he possibly share?" But I was wrong
Apart from being very insightful, another reason i enjoyed this interview is because everyone showed their true self. It didn't feel like they were acting or "forming posh". They gave their honest and insightful views naturally. Also, i planned on researching ChowDeck a few days ago and your video came in just in time! 💛
The most inspiring thing about this is the people behind the product. First time i used chowdeck, i could tell there was intentional thought behind it. I have extra inspiration to keep using them
You started the video saying it was an experimental format. Well, here's my feedback on your experiment. This content format is a good one. It goes beyond the founders just talking, we get to see other people in the system reporting things better than the founders would have. The culture of the company also reflects in the video. Great piece, Peace. (Yeah, wordplay intended😂)
This is my first time watching your content and i enjoyed every bit of it, I watched the whole episode without leaving UA-cam So proud of what chowdeck is doing
Truth be told, Food plus logistics is one of the hardest space to crack in Nigeria, but seeing and hearing from Femi and the team, I can see why the business is growing so fast. What an exceptional team!
Can't lay my hands on it yet but there's something I so much love about Chowdeck. Maybe it's Femi's article I read back in 2022 or my experience with the product itself. I'm always elated when I hear the name or see one of their riders😮💨 Loved every minute of this video. Rooting for them 🚀🚀🚀
Peace! You completely delivered on this video! I was totally glued from beginning to end (this is 3am). Super grateful for all the work that went into it 🔥
A chowdeck rider ones hit me and this was because he was on his phone while riding. I think the fastest finger thing is a bad idea because most riders will be on their phone while riding
I enjoyed every bit of this. The excitement in those riders voices blew my mind! I believe this should trend, seeing young minds doing such great work. I'm definitely downloading the app and making them my new plug. Kudos guys😊
Ive been wondering lately how i see the riders all over the place and the passion they carry. Now I know why! I've learnt a lot from Femi and the rest of the team. You guys are making this entrepreneurship thing so sweet. Like I feel so pumped about solving problems right now. Kudos to the interviewer. You did it best and you've earned my subscription 🎉
I watched this and immediately downloaded the app. There's something special about this brand, and I'm thrilled for the team. Femi the CEO is very intelligent, and I admire every worker, even the riders who take pride in their jobs and in working for Chowdeck. Great job Peace, such an interesting one
Absolutely enjoyed this interview style of involving the other stakeholders in the business. It gives such a wholistic perspective on how much work & people needed to get a business running! 👏🏾
The way the enthusiasm was clearly seen from the leadership down to the riders is just beyond this world, a truly cohesive team. Big shoutout to #FoundersConnect team for bringing this to our screens.
Love how they delved into the whole operation. Very informative and educational for some in the diaspora that may not fully understand nuances of how things operate in Nigeria.
There are a million and one things that necessitate a pivot when you're growing anything of value. And it can be hard and daunting. But it's always beautiful when one can accept the facts and go with the pivot. I said all that to say this... I love, love, love this new style of Founders Connect. And this coming from someone who has been following this channel before Founders Connect started. Kudos mehn! Hope to see more of this. I love how you were able to peel back the curtains behind a well known successful business in a way that truly makes one feels like, yo if these people can do it, then I can do it to. Looking forward to many more! ♥♥♥
Wow, the growth of CHC is truly inspiring! The dedication to excellence and customer experience is commendable. Looking forward to seeing the future innovations and impact. Peace!

@peacetimi this is a lovely concept. Thank you for sharing. Chowdeck is very awesome. I have experienced awesomeness from their riders - they literally saved my life. The passion, professionalism, expertise and excellence the team offers and the brand stands for is so obvious. I think this is my second favorite Nigerian brand right now and first in food logistics. I love the brand.
I love it when young minds build solutions to solve a problem also I love the working culture in Chowdeck these guys are amazing the leadership understands what it takes to build staffs into loving the business. Most workspace in Nigeria is quite toxic, but Femi changed the game, now I can see why the business is growing rapidly. Treating your staffs as family is a beautiful strategy, everyone understands the core value, I learned a lot, I have plans to build a product soon, this Chowdeck story inspires me a lot, thank you so much Peace
