Love this show!!! ❤ I was curious about what this show was about because the name alone “Acapulco” reminded me of the 80’s show The Love Boat because that is where I first heard about Acapulco. Definitely takes me back to the 80’s with the great music and vibrant colors! Apple please make there be 20 more seasons! 😊
Seeing so many of the flashback characters in current day (dead and alive) just made me feel like they were wrapping up the show after this season, but there's still a huge gap in Maximo going from GM to super rich.. but knowing he didn't do that at the resort, it's hard to see that fleshed out away from the resort because that resort/town is the stage for it all
I felt that too, especially with how underwhelming the finale of Season 3 felt like for me personally. Maybe it had to do with the high bar i kept. But also as the showrunners mentioned in this video, they've already merged the storytelling of Maximo to coincide with the present day. So now we can see how he will be rebuilding Las Colinas in the spirit of like how it used to be while also exploring again with his hilarious story sessions mixed in between on how he became the business tycoon that he is now after his time at the resort.

Yeah, I know... it felt they were wrapping up the show... but we never know, maybe they will get a 4th season.
