Trinitrotoluene. That's what TNT stands for. That means it's an aromatic ring of six carbons connected to one methyl (CH3) group and three Nitro (NO2) groups.
All these "these guys should be fired" comments just remind me of the post Geoff made on Reddit. The whole "Don't bite the hand that feeds you." And you guys wonder why they make fun of their obnoxious fanbase.
So is everybody gonna whine about how the B Team messed up even though Gavin was the one that came up with the idea of shooting all of it at the same time and the six of them can do no wrong? Seems legit.
I think that the way it was before was better because Geoff and Gavin made stuff they knew would be a good let's play/things to do (which they were) and THEY MADE EVERYTHING IN ACHIEVEMENT CITY, and let's builds suck now, Matt and Jeremy I actually don't mind but Lindsay and Kdin make me wanna die. My point is the old times were much better but Geoff and Gavin have more important things to do than spend hours building in s Minecraft. Like the Jefferson's, they're movin on up!
I'm surprised Geoff let this go up because this was pretty disastrous. Though this TTD reminded me of the Battleship Let's Play so ima go rewatch that.
I wouldn't call this brilliant comedy though. They didn't even have any laughs out of it, it was frustration (which is interesting because Geoff throwing down his controller like that shows me that he is genuinely frustrated with M+J as well).
tnt ntn: I'm not even going to touch the first half of your comment. I do not hate the B-team, I just am not a fan of them. They can build some good looking things, they just don't work very well. All flash, no substance if you will.
tnt ntn: Where have I said or shown that I hate the B-team? I merely pointed out some observations in my original comment. Nowhere did I say or imply that I hate the B-team.
Ive seen a lot of people bitching about them not being smart enough to figure it out. Whats to figure out? You hit a goddamn switch. The stupidity is in thinking that you can fire each cannon at the same time and it will work. Oh wait my mistake thats actually makes sense. If your playing with multiple people and youre given multiple cannons most people would say "hey why not fire them all at once?" The problem comes when Minecraft cant handle multiple explosions at once or have you forgotten how only half of plan G actually explodes and the rest disappears. Its not a problem with the build or the players its minecraft itself and few people noticing this problem
That's not the problem with the build. The problem with firing them all at once is that the end tnt are pushed by explosions, so when you fire them all at once, they other explosions can affect their trajectory as well, pushing them away.
I read the title and expected you guys to change to pig skins and Kazooie skins and hunt each other with bows and arrows. Maybe in another things to do...
Actually they do pretty good at the other stuff I mentioned. The reason it doesn't seem good here in this was because of the lack of communication between both teams. Face it. The regulars messed up too.
KeybladeKnight you have to admit though 'canons don't fire as far if they're fired together' is one of those things you don't know until you're told. it isn't intuative, part of making a game is explaining the rules.
True but isn't it also the regulars fault for not going informed. Something could still go wrong and b-team could not be responsible for it and get a bunch flak for it for no reason. And it really shows in the vid. That's why there should be a sense of communication so that no messes up. That's just common sense in any business/management setup.
I wish people would stop saying shit like, "god, they need to fire matt and jeremy, they suck, they cant even do this right ugh!". People need to realize that Roosterteeth isn't like any other company, their employees aren't just employees, they're friends. In this case, Geoff cant just fire 2 of his friends because they make mistakes. If you were in his position, would you fire Matt and Jeremy even though they are your friends?
5:19 I would like to recall the "Great Lad Fracture" in GTA IV, where Gavin was kicked out of the lads. Also, Matt and Jeremy REALLY should be in the video to give instructions. Imagine the Let's Plays without Geoff and just a couple general signs...
Some of these Things To Do ideas are really great. I'd like to see some of them become Let's Plays, have them play a few rounds. I really enjoyed the Lava Wall and Battleship. I'd like to see them play some of the old Things To Do again. I hope they can play this one again too. Love you guys!!
I've never thought of using blocks to push the TNT slightly off straight, so it'll fire somewhat sideways. That was brilliant. Great work Team Building Exercise.
Is there going to be a Things to ReDo Special where Matt and Jeremy come in, and have the AH Crew Redo all the Things to Do that Matt and Jeremy made and they make sure they understand how to play?
I think this might work better with a larger house-building area with cannons all around the edges. The trick is, the attacking team can't fire all the cannons, so they have to try and pick the best ones to use.
Suggestions for improvement of this Things to do: Option A) expand the platforms and allow the players to build the TNT cannons themselves using a sample model (even though these guys have had trouble building them in the past). Make it easier on them by providing chests that have the exact quantity of materials in them to build each cannon. Option B) Teach the players that they can remove the wood blocks at the tips of cannons in order to adjust the aim. Option C) Realize there was failure to communicate and learn from it.
Ok, Geoff, I'm gonna be honest here. I respect why you hired Matt and Jeremy, their builds were amazing LOOKING. Keyword LOOKING. Their builds really weren't complex circuits that required knowledge of physics or engineering. These builds require that. Matt and Jeremy make things look good. Have someone like Ryan figure out the engineering portion, because he can create the circuits and such. Matt and Jeremy have yet to make a successful Things To Do that involved any form of Redstone. Invisible Creepers had this problem too. You, Gavin, and sometimes Ryan were able to make successful Redstone contraptions, Indoor Pool, Raining Butts, Pull My Lever, Slice of Hell, etc etc. Have A-Team focus on the gameplay and design, have B-Team work on the appearance.
*checks description* "What could possibly go wrong?" I DUNNO, I think you're kind safe with a level called "Cheese Wheels of Doom.." So I'm willing to wager that EVERYTHING CAN GO WRONG!!
Andre Jafreese Tyquofer Jerquinti Jamal Harris III There are many that are in fact jealous. Just because it doesn't apply to you doesn't mean that it doesn't apply to others.
I didn't mind when the new guys first started. But now it's just... *sigh* It's their job to make stuff in Minecraft and either it doesn't work well or play well. The best one they've done so far is Mega Dig and even that had issues. Also that was just one that was a re do of an old let's play.
***** I think the Ah guys need to ask them how it works, or what will break it, as opposed to just loading up the world and hoping it works. M & J test the builds, they just don't account for the Ah guys general stupidity xD
It's people like you who don't give helpful criticism and why people can't take people who complaints seriously. Next time, give helpful tips! Tell them what they did wrong and how they could improve. Saying "fire these guys" is pointless and just makes it harder for people who have *legitmate* complaints to be heard. You're basically screwing over both sides.
Cameron domes its not that they didn't listen, it said they weren't told. The extent of their instructions was probably "push the thing" so its kinda B team fault for not telling, but also A teams fault for not asking. Result fire everyone.
To all the people saying that Matt and Jeremy should be fired, please tell me how "great" you are at your job because I would just love to tell you how you're bad at your job and deserve to be fired from it......oh wait no I don't because I can be a decent human being and not say horrible things about someone.
Does anyone remember the Minecraft Grifball lets play that Matt built back in the day. Gavin literally snuck around and tried to break the let's play. now that he still does it Matt and Jeremy get blamed just because they work there. they can't make a contingency for anything the main 6 will come up with. Next people will complain that Ryan's burgling will break a lets play, "they should have prepared for that."
So because Gavin made the mistake of firing all at once, the B Team are now hated. It was shown to work and yet people are saying it's broken and they should be fired, even though they do the work Geoff and Gavin don't want to do (because they hate doing the Let's Builds and have stated this a billion times). We get visually appealing lets plays and all they really need to do is test them out and work out the kinks, this was creative and yet people are getting bent out of shape because of it. I fear for the world if the people getting mad at them are ever in a position of power, one mistake and the person who made it will be burned at the stake.
How about instead of overly-elaborate TNT cannons, they replace them with Fire Charges, dispensers, and switches/buttons on a flat plane? That way, the dispensers could be put anywhere, there's more range for firing, and the fire charge could burn the wood and set off the TNT. Honestly I just suggested this because I'm tired of seeing failed TNT cannon experiments. It's a cool idea but highly impractical for something like this.
I don't see the point of achievement city now if all of the builds are going to be in a flatworld. But on the other hand I really don't want Matt and Jeremy doing their builds in achievement city because its not the same type of builds. When Gavin and Geoff do builds, they normally work, or at least make for great videos, but don't look that good. When Matt and Jeremy build, it never works but the builds are "good" looking. The way each of them build is very different, and is sort of like a signature. It would not be the same to have achievement city, or achievement world, full of Matt and Jeremy builds. I don't mind Matt and Jeremy as people, but my opinion on them working for the company and their work in general is for a different comment.
I find it funny how, in a replica of a game within a game, everybody somehow forgot the rules and gameplay of the game they're imitating. You can't fire more than one bird from a slingshot at a time. Don't know why nobody picked up on that.
Where can I find the video of them playing with that "Hot Shot" Giant bullseye lava nonsense lol. Edit: Found it. Didn't realize it would be called EnderDarts
So while everyone builds, Gavin flies around looking at other what I assume will be future Let's Plays or Things to do's, thus cheating by giving himself an advantage of the layouts.
Geoff loosing it was hilarious X'''D we didn't get to see his face or hear his rant but just the thought of how pissed he must have been made me LOL hard X'''D
Yeah the people who make the game also make the rules and thus have to make sure it is clear what the rules of the game are..... Let me give you an example I invent a new game for people to play but I do not leave instructions on how to play it at all.....That is my fault as the creator of the game and not the fault of the person or people playing it.... Who ever built this messed up.....they had one job to do.....Heck they could have put simple instructions on signs within the game......but nope that sounds like to much hard work...... Good lord I hate how people keep defending them like they can do no wrong.
Darthpathfinder Heh, I think the problem is less to do with anyone's fault and more that they don't have one of the builders in the room for the attempt. I remember the first ones Geoff and Gavin would carefully explain or stop them if they started going wrong. What's probably happening is what's obvious to the build team isn't so to the play team. Having one of the builders be the one to explain, instead of Geoff when he's only participating and wasn't involved, would probably fix most of the issues.
Why not have someone in the build team actually play with the rest of AH. This whole "we couldn't use it right therefore it's broken" skit is getting really goddamn old and people keep blaming Matt and Jeremy.
dukeywipe123 Sweetie, $1250 a month is not a wage for full time job. Neither do $2500 a month. Most companies like RT pay at least $5000 a month for their employees. $3000 at least for half-time workers. If you get paid $15.000 a year, then you really should consider stop working at McDonalds you know.

So is everybody gonna whine about how the B Team messed up even though Gavin was the one that came up with the idea of shooting all of it at the same time and the six of them can do no wrong? Seems legit.
All the B team did wrong was not give A team explicit instructions to not fire more than one cannon
Cameron domes So you're saying that they're stupid because the lads didn't catch on that it won't work by the first time? Seems legit.
No I'm just saying that apparently A team is like a little kid. If you don't tell them exactly what to do they'll fuck it up
I think that the way it was before was better because Geoff and Gavin made stuff they knew would be a good let's play/things to do (which they were) and THEY MADE EVERYTHING IN ACHIEVEMENT CITY, and let's builds suck now, Matt and Jeremy I actually don't mind but Lindsay and Kdin make me wanna die. I wouldn't call this brilliant comedy though. They didn't even have any laughs out of it, it was frustration (which is interesting because Geoff throwing down his controller like that shows me that he is genuinely frustrated with M+J as well).

They probably fired sideways and landed somewhere else.
Geoff's anger at the B-Team was hilarious.
I read the title and expected you guys to change to pig skins and Kazooie skins and hunt each other with bows and arrows. Maybe in another things to do...
RIP AH - coming back to watch these
I think a lot of people who cry about Matt and Jeremy or the "B Team" Forget that they do a lot more at AH then just do builds in Minecraft.
Let's see... Participates in let's plays, help out with recording footage, daily fails, voice acting....
I can go on if you like...
KeybladeKnight
but what are they *not* shit at?
Actually they do pretty good at the other stuff I mentioned. The reason it doesn't seem good here in this was because of the lack of communication between both teams. Face it. The regulars messed up too.

Highly doubt Geoff is actually friends with them, and tbh yes I would fire a friend if they were shit at their job. I would still be friends with them
Kaleb Bell You could think you were friends with them, but they probably wouldn't be friends with you
Kaleb Bell I doubt you even got friend, so.... I don't think I would trust you on that one.
+tnt ntn you doubt I have friend? What does that mean?

Say what you will, but Matt and Jeremy are phenomenal at pixel art. They work well together.
According to Ryan, -1 is now an imaginary number.
I've never thought of using blocks to push the TNT slightly off straight, so it'll fire somewhat sideways. That was brilliant. Great work Team Building Exercise.
Rest RIP in peace Matt and Jeremy, now you guys are building up in Minecraft heaven where Geoff can't hurt, though for how long?
Is there going to be a Things to ReDo Special where Matt and Jeremy come in, and have the AH Crew Redo all the Things to Do that Matt and Jeremy made and they make sure they understand how to play?
Things to do in Minecraft, some assembly required
I think this might work better with a larger house-building area with cannons all around the edges. The trick is, the attacking team can't fire all the cannons, so they have to try and pick the best ones to use.
The reason Ryan isn't sitting down is because he finally accepts that he's still in the air.
Suggestions for improvement of this Things to do:
Option A) expand the platforms and allow the players to build the TNT cannons themselves using a sample model (even though these guys have had trouble building them in the past). Make it easier on them by providing chests that have the exact quantity of materials in them to build each cannon.
Option B) Teach the players that they can remove the wood blocks at the tips of cannons in order to adjust the aim.
Option C) Realize there was failure to communicate and learn from it.
Even if it wasn't fucked up by the Lads the concept is just pretty stupid because they can't aim the cannons so it's just kind of pointless.
Hahaha omg I lost it when Geoff fucking left the room in frustration, even Ryan was like, "Those 2 guys are fucked"
Ok, Geoff, I'm gonna be honest here. I respect why you hired Matt and Jeremy, their builds were amazing LOOKING. Keyword LOOKING. I actually loved how they were all like: YEEEAAAAAHH!
People also forget to realize Geoff chose to have this uploaded, so he clearly didn't think it was bad.
a clip from a AH Minecraft Let's Play was just on "@ Midnight"
7:08 the British guy says he is "miles away" in a game where everything is measured in meters... hahaha
it's an expression dude
also he's called Gavin
Also we Brits use miles.
Things that can be measured in meters can be measured in miles as well.
Does no one comprehend he was joking?... The Ah UA-cam viewers are even more retarded than I thought.
Geoff needs to bring back Let's Build's with Geoff and Gavin, probably some of the funniest videos in achievement hunter

#RIPMontyOum I'm so sorry Rooster Teeth, this news hit me so hard when I heard about it.
If only you could dye pigs green in Minecraft......
.....wait...what the hell am I talking about?
Anyway great video guys I loved the conversation about "Keith Ledger and Jack Gyllenhaal" and Ryan asking if he would be hot as a woman.
The vinegar in the comment section is real.
Apparently people can't seem to make their jealousy and envy less obvious.
It's not *fucking jealousy!* Get that weak shit out of here, nobody fucking trolls because they're jealous.
Andre Jafreese Tyquofer Jerquinti Jamal Harris III There are many that are in fact jealous. Just because it doesn't apply to you doesn't mean that it doesn't apply to others.

Andre Jafreese Tyquofer Jerquinti Jamal Harris III It really doesn't. But if that's what you think.
Elle Gee And you can prove to me that all these people are jealous?
Atleast Geoff and Gavin tested things and actually told the guys what to do
This was awesome. Makes me want them to play that Lava Wall game again.
Forgetting the instructions to a simple game, classic AH
Anybody think they should name this world the Achievement Arcade
12:14 the horse puncher? that means burnie's alter ego's disguise is ryan. ryan's true identity is the horse puncher, who is burnie.
I didn't mind when the new guys first started.
But now it's just... *sigh*
It's their job to make stuff in Minecraft and either it doesn't work well or play well.
Granted the error was mostly Gavin's fault but even when they figured it out it still sucked!
It's like it was a 2 second idea that they came up with on the last second.
And why not just do this in creative mode it would have sped up the video and you wouldn't have had to have planks for no reason?
The best one they've done so far is Mega Dig and even that had issues.
Also that was just one that was a re do of an old let's play.
***** I think the Ah guys need to ask them how it works, or what will break it, as opposed to just loading up the world and hoping it works. M & J test the builds, they just don't account for the Ah guys general stupidity xD
***** they never played anything too complex in the past though... And I find the "B-team build to overall be better than the Plan G ones.
It's also their job to edit. I think they have done really well at that.
Love Ryan's commentary.
I'd love to see Achievement Hunter create Team Mad (Ryan, Michael, and Geoff) VS Team Brains (Jack, Ray, and Gavin).
"Whoopdi-damn-doo" - Michael Jones 2015
Geoff just needs to fire these guys already!!!
well the idea worked, the lads simply derped by firing the cannons all at the same time.
So you can complain about the B team even though the one team you didn't complain about got fired? Shut the fuck uppp
Because the A team didn't listen to instructions? I think not!
It's people like you who don't give helpful criticism and why people can't take people who complaints seriously. Next time, give helpful tips! I googled Keith Ledger... you lied to me Geoff!!!
Geoff was talking about Heath Ledger which is a coincidence because I'm pretty sure today is the anniversary of his death.
Jack has the second funniest laugh in Achievement Hunter.
I think it'd be more fitting if bear grylls played as the sniper since he throws piss :P
this was the first time i feared for matt and jeremys jobs XD

Guys, stop hating on B team, we're a single community, we need to work together... ...to hate on Caleb
Does anyone remember the Minecraft Grifball lets play that Matt built back in the day. Gavin literally snuck around and tried to break the let's play. now that he still does it Matt and Jeremy get blamed just because they work there. they can't make a contingency for anything the main 6 will come up with. speaking of angry birds, if you update the app you wasted ur money because it doesn't work anymore
Are we gunna ignore Geoff asking "how do you get OUT OF a horse"?
Has build team *ever* made something that actually works?
So because Gavin made the mistake of firing all at once, the B Team are now hated. It was shown to work and yet people are saying it's broken and they should be fired, even though they do the work Geoff and Gavin don't want to do (because they hate doing the Let's Builds and have stated this a billion times). Yes, that's awesome :)
You didn't mention Nintendo or mobile gaming, oh and also master *space* race. It just looks like master ace....
Dude, theres spiders outside. Fuck that.
Are you guys ever going to do a season 13 of red versus blue?
Would have been a lot better if they would have sat the AH crew down for 5 mins before and showed them how cannons work, oh well
What song was he singing at 11:15?
One of the builders needs to referee these things.
Like Ryan said, aesthetics are great with all B-Team creations. Mechanics..... maybe not so much, but it's not so bad.
And now we know how lava wall XX is going to work.
At the 7:10 mark, I wouldn't be surprised at all if this didn't work. It'd be absolutely perfect.
8:20 now. Was not disappointed. Very proud.
I don't see the point of achievement city now if all of the builds are going to be in a flatworld. But on the other hand I really don't want Matt and Jeremy doing their builds in achievement city because its not the same type of builds. It has to be built in that fence...I didn't here any rules saying they couldn't put the structure under ground, js.
does 720p60 make the video smoother? its smooth as fuck right now i don't know if it's that or not? cheers
They can never catch a break with TNT cannons.
FYI the boyscouts never named bear grills king of the scouts or "head scout" gavin😂
Seriously, if things have to be done a certain way they should be told. They didnt know not to fire them at the the same time.
Good thing they didn't need to make the cannons themselves, we all know how it went the last 3 times they had to make them.

It's just occurred to me, Ryan is the Gavin of Team Gents. He's smart, funny, but he can be a fucking nutter sometimes.
I love how Gavin breaks the game in an effort to look cool.
Having one of the builders be the one to explain, instead of Geoff when he's only participating and wasn't involved, would probably fix most of the issues.
advkow Or they could have just had the rules of the game listed on signs next to the build....
Hrrrrm...given how they can easily not pay attention, I think maybe they should still have someone on hand. :)
advkow Still it would have been faster to have the rules of the game within the game itself....
Rest in Peace Monty. You were too young.
id kill for an "Im the horse puncher" ryan shirt
Lindsay's heist is coming out today
Will they ever branch out to using the communities ideas for Minecraft instead of just the people locked in an office?
Why not have someone in the build team actually play with the rest of AH. This whole "we couldn't use it right therefore it's broken" skit is getting really goddamn old and people keep blaming Matt and Jeremy.
ah talking about scout from tf2 makes me want them to play more mvm
The Gents are respectable and classic jizzy fellas.
I'm enjoying Ray's boredom too much, every time I see his screen I laugh and thank god I'm not playing minecraft.
Matt and Jeremy set those canons up wrong. The cannons should have shot regardless of how many fired.
For reference, TNT is Trinitrotoluene
Did they ever reviel what was down the "do not enter" hallway near gavs house?
It was nothing. Ray said in one of his livestreams that it was a shortcut to other let's plays and that's it
XanthousChaos ok, thanks
Keep crying complainers, you'll never get your wish of B team leaving, they laugh at you as they count their money and drink with Griff.
lol and Ill laugh at them as im not some greasy man-child who is unhygienic.
👽MrHalcyonmusic👽 So you are unhygienic?
Hmm I messed up. lemme edit that.
dukeywipe123 It pays quite well in RT.
dukeywipe123 Sweetie, $1250 a month is not a wage for full time job. Neither do $2500 a month. Most companies like RT pay at least $5000 a month for their employees. $3000 at least for half-time workers. If you get paid $15.000 a year, then you really should consider stop working at McDonalds you know.
Now I want to see Ray stream TF2
its Trinitrotoluene, just FYI. The more you know
