Wow me encanta❤❤❤❤ Buenisima❤❤❤ Y describe perfecto como me siento desde hace años desde que cai enferma de una fuerte depresion por muchas y variadas razones que acabaron rompiéndome en mil pedazos aunque siempre habia sido fuerte y alegre y divertida (o lo habia intentado) pero a veces los problemas son muchos o demasiados y muy serios o demasiado serios y graves...y llegan uno tras otro constantemente por largo tiempo ..y al final tu cerebro hace crack y te desmoronas de tal modo que es muy dificil volver a ser la persona que eras. Pero bueno nunca dejo de intentarlo y supongo que algun dia lo lograre. No sere la misma porque eso es imposible pero si estare mejor algun dia o eso espero. Un fuerte abrazo y todo mi apoyo a todos los que hayan pasado o esten pasando una fuerte depresion incluso con ideas o intentos de suicidio ( como en mi caso 😢) o por cualquier otra enfermedad mental o psicologica (las mas incomprendidas y solitarias a todas). Animo, pedid ayuda si os sentis asi y nunca os rindáis porque el dia que perdemos la esperanza y dejamos de creer que algun dia...mas pronto o mas tarde...estaremos y nos sentiremos mejor o sanaremos...ese dia si que habremos perdido la batalla. Yo no me rindo ni lo hare porque hay gente en mi vida por la que merece la pena que siga luchando contra mi severa depresion por causas muy reales y experiencias muy negativas y graves problemas de mi vida (como las de muchos otros) ...llevo 5 años ya y he mejorado poco a poco y mejorare mas. Lo se. Y los que esteis sufriendo tambien estareis mejor algun dia. No es que el dolor desaparezca por completo porque hay heridas que nunca cicatrizan, pero aprendes a convivir con el. Le haces sitio a tu dolor sea por el motivo o motivos que sean y sigues adelante. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
