too many maps, too many tanks. some positions you can't really take because your tank is too slow/too tall/too large or because you face tanks that are faster than you and can counter you. it also depends on battle rating and whether you are in a downtier/uptier or because you are facing certain nations at certain BRs.
bottom line : it's years worth of experience and experimentation that you cannot really condense into a video or guide.

Never understood why people dislike the ST-A line of tanks. They are better M36s, I believe it even has hydropneumatic suspension for extra depression.
I genuinely Think its because Japan is not played that much + the sta not being “interesting” enough even though i can agree that its good
@@zweboi1094 Yeah along the years Japan was heavily nerfed. I remember the tanks that had the long 75mm had really good zoom, making Japan a really decent sniping nation.
I do not like them because the gun is extremely wobbly. There is no chance to aim the gun on target earlier than the opposition when i am on the move and i bump into enemy. It also makes sniping more difficult because I cannot shoot at targets quickly after peeking.

@@tintran2996 it was mostly a joke. but the combination of lolpen round, good gun handling, rangefinder, 50cal, and autoloader makes it very competitive even in complete uptiers.
@@csabagalffy4290 with the amount of light tank, cas running around rn, I wouldn't say it's good, even spaa is a threat to you. Glad you find it competitive; for me, it was an opposite experience
