If I comment then do I get a Spirit yacht because I bet I could give a good showing in the regatta (although I have to say they all looked pretty adept sailors!). Are all Spirit owners good sailors?

A comment may not be worth a Spirit Yacht, but you can always try, at best you earn an invitation to the next edition😉
