IAS officer रह चुके लेखक अविनाश धर्माधिकारी सही कहते है। अगर भारत का हर एक सरकारी बाबू सिर्फ एक हफ्ता, बस सात दिन, पूरी प्रामाणिकता और पूर्ण क्षमता के साथ काम करेंगे तो उस एक हफ्ते मे देश दस साल आगे बढ़ जाएगा!

हाइ कोर्ट मे नगर निगम का अफसर बनने पलट रहा है हाइकोर्ट का टाइम पास हो रहा है। ये है सरकारी अफसरों की ताकत तुरंत आदेश कर जांच या जेल कयों नही। कोर्ट के आदेश की पालना नही। ऐसा ही जयपुर में भी हो रहा है 2014 से सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश पास हो चुका है लेकिन 1500 मजदुरों का 25 साल से बकाया भुगतान नही हो रहा है।
