Bhai, I have purchased one new branded ac, 1 ton, 3 star, inverter, convertible mode, CS KU 12 ky1, from the very first day I noticed outdoor suction (thick pipe) cap was not fully inserted/attached with outdoor unit due to thickened teflon tape, I e upto last thread, actually two untrained local person who had never installed panasonic came and installed new ac, they came here with no gauges, only drill, 6-8 inch bit, spirit level, that's all, 1 sq wire installed from indoor to outdoor, very unprofessional works, didn't expect from panasonic, resulted after running 26 hours ( daily 2+2) hours within 1 St week it shows error H -23 blinking alternatively, technician came, opened indoor PCB checked coil sensor single black wire, then open blue 2 wire of sensor, from PCB and inserted some where. But he was unable to lock the indoor PCB cover in the correct format since he, forgot how the display wires were inside the PCB cover, he tried forcefully, but wasn't able, tried for 5-7 minutes, may be display wires were tempted at that time, resulted after 2 days all at a sudden when we put remote on, display glows 25 c temp, then get put off, happens 2 time, plug point indicator lamp was on, 3 Rd time, plag point light gets off, MCB tripped, I put off the main ac starter, reported to panasonic hq, 2 days later on 25 th May their engg, take snaps of our room, etc, he checked plug point, found neutral line voltage 246 v came down to 136 volt, I also get surprised, I AM AN ENGINEER, all my MCB db box Havells wire, electric line never ever failed, get short circuit nothing last 10-15 years, no loose contact, never, but engineer put all blane, point on us, My question is, if neutral line was loose, then how 7-10 days ac runs, without any flashing, line tripped, I am sure there was no fault from our side, NOW THIS AC IS GIVING VERY LESS COOLING, left side indoor giving cooling not right channel, this ac has only one cooling pad in the right side, left side blank, RUNNING CURRENT IS 3.9/4.0 AMP WHERE AS AS PER PANASONIC SPECIFICATIONS IT IS 5.0 AMP, I AM SURE GAS IS LEAKING MINUTELY, PANASONIC NEW AC HAS PROBLEM BUT THEY WANT TO HIDE PUTTING ALL FAULTS ON US.
