Merg you gotta play Nine Sols. It's like Hollow Knight but focused on parrying attacks. I feel like you're gonna love the bossfights... and some of the bosses themselves...
some things I noticed in the Japanese translation, with my basic knowledge of Japanese. the "cheering up" line mentions Ralsei, who I presume is trying to cheer up Susie by spweaking wike twis. the "to by" lines, which are a reference to "to be"(as is obvious), are spelled roughly the same. so it's to by as in Toby Fox probably. Elnina in Japanese says "月がきれいですね", which literally means "the moon is pretty" but is in fact used as a way to say "I like you"(specifically the romantic meaning). so yes, it's a pick up line. that said, the quotation marks in the Japanese make me think Elnina is just reading it from a note or something.
Will you make a prediction video or a post or something for chapters 3 and 4? I know lots of theory ytubers are doing that, but it's always nice to hear your perspective on things as well, because you usually think of the craziest stuff

Seeing that it's chapter 4 dialogue, she will be in both (maybe just recruited into castle town, though). Also for what it's worth the Japanese translation shows that dialogue 1, 2, and 5 are definitely in the Dark World, dialogue 4 is in the Light world and dialogue 3 could be in either.
Merg, you gotta play Katana ZERO, it has katanas, which is a *Moon'sveile moment* . But it has one of the best stories in indie games in my opinion, it has also some wholesome and funny moments, it is VERY underrated.. I hope you give it a try!
Since everyone is giving game recommendations to cope with the wait, as a silksong cope enthusiast i recommend celeste, super meat boy, katana zero, nine sols and sanabi. Very underrated indie games in my opinion and really helps me cope and wait longer. I heard worldless and skul are cool too havent played them yet. Geometry dash had some good levels too but i don't think you are interested anymore so that's fine, still worth a mention. Also if you are still interested in souls games i think you would LOVE sekiro it's a masterpiece. Take care and have fun merg!
My guess is that since they are so confident in a 2025 release we won’t be waiting too much longer. I’d only want to promise that if I thought it would be finished with plenty of time to spare in the year. Either way though, excited!
