I have bn a rocker all my life...Pearl Jam, Korn, n Linkin Park have gotten me thru my highs n lows in this life...One wouldn't know i'm a 62 yr old grandmother of 18 grandchildren...2017 was the worst yr for me...Among the many things, the worst was losing my oldest son, Eddie...He got his luv of muzic from me...He died inbetween Chris Cornell n Chester Bennington...My heart still is reeling from my son's death n Chester's!!!😢

I was excited when I saw the new songs up & glad that someone I knew liked them. But I can’t listen to “Place to Start” without having to turn it off before the end, even though I love the way the song ends. Too hard. Really glad you’re here & the person you are. Any way that you tell your story & anything that keeps those reminders of why you’re here going is something I’m here for.

Due to my life's circumstances I have developed from a totally calm person into an angrier individual. There is no one solution for me, however in a small way I vent out my frustration when I work out. Everybody can find something beneficial to cling on to: books and comics had the greatest impact me. Reading is therapeutic.
reading is definitely the gateway to serenity for me too :)
