No More Healing in Fortnite?

Do you ever get the feeling like having healing items in your inventory just gets in the way of the items you really should have in there? I know I do and that's why I'm doing this going forward.

I think it’s to do with build and zero build, I like to carry shockwaves and Flowberry fizz and 3 guns then 2 guns in build with 2 heals and 1 mobility item but that’s just me because you can normally run away with shockwaves as it takes around 3-10 seconds for the other player to arrive so I think you could pop a few heals by then or maybe even just hiding in a corner somewhere but nice video 😊

I think that is a good strategy. In the early game when the ring is large and the gun fights at at far distance heals really help. In the end game I can never get my heals done because so many players will just rush you when they see you healing.
