Rejoice and Sing Out His Praises 是一首以聖經詩篇103、104及108篇的記載而創作的混聲合唱作品，基督教思想濃烈，由一位專於福音音樂（gospel music）創作的美國作曲及編曲家馬克．海耶斯（Mark Hayes）所寫。
馬克．海耶斯以獨特的拍子組合及切分音（syncopations）等作曲技巧加強樂曲的節奏感，亦增加了樂曲的層次感及欣賞趣味。本曲亦使用更多接近當今流行曲的和弦聲音，令聆聽者更有共鳴，更容易隨樂曲躍動。樂曲中段節奏充滿拉力及張力，把各人拉進教堂的迴響中，慢慢享受整個會場中的共鳴及餘韻。

What an exquisite performance!!! I searched for this piece on UA-cam, hoping to find a really good choir that would do it justice. Thank you! Thank you! You directed marvelously and sang marvelously! (I know I'm not a choral director, but I have sung this piece in choir and we knew what it felt like to mess up/lay an egg Lol) The acapella parts, key changes, mixed meters, clapping, dynamics, articulation... how you encouraged me this morning on a cold winter day!
