诗画山东:济南的冬天

This is how Lao She describes the old city after the snow in his work "Winter in Jinan" : The mountain peaks are all white as if the blue sky is fringed with a silver band. On the slopes, in some areas the accumulated snow is thick but in others grass is still showing. This way it seems the alternating white and dark-yellowish patches is a ripple-pattern dress on those mountains.
