Hi! Great video; clear and concise... If I get SS for disability and my conditions improve eventually and I start working again, would I have to pay the money I have received back?
Thank you! Unfortunately, I can't give a blanket answer as it depends on the situation and timing of the return to work. Feel free to give us a call if you'd like.
How can I check what category I was classified in without jeopardizing my current benefits? I have been on SSDI for 6 years and havent heard a word from the govt.
I am on SSDI, if my SSDI converts over to SS retirement, does the income stay the same or change. Is there a set age that you have to go to SS retirement ?
Yes, there is a set age for SS retirement and it depends on when you were born. As far as the conversion amounts, that is a question for SSA directly as it may depend on additional factors, such as whether you opted for early retirement while pending an SSDI decision.

I'm not sure that you can! It's not really necessary to know which category you are in, as long as you are responsive to requests by SSA.
Thanks for the info
You are welcome!
So if i'm in the appeals process would the judge be the one who determines which category im put in?
It depends, but yes, some judges do recommend a review after a certain time period.
Good morning so how long can I keep my social security benefits once I comply with the appointments and take my meds and remain on my disability
Good Morning, it depends on your individual situation. Every case is different because every person is different!
I have profound hearing loss in my right ,can i apply SSD?
Yes. The listing level severity for loss of hearing is a high bar, but if it prevents you from working in any capacity, you may qualify!
