As i foreign student i am so grateful to be one of the students in UTM and i would like to inform if anybody interested for applying the university i can help him.
I would like to know what is the requirement for a foreign student to do Undergradute course for Mecha-tronics? Does it require IELTS score? Do I have to learn Malay language? Is it Mandatory?

I joined UTM looking at this video, and still today, after thousands of bits of precious memories in this wonderful university, I still look at it with "awe"! ❤️ As I'm doing my Master's in Canada, I still look back to those mesmerizing days... UTM, you always had a precious corner in my life. May Allah accept the unrepayable effort our lecturers, staffs and officials have put into this one-of-a-kind university, Ameen.
I really want to study at UTM or MJIIT, both are prestigious universities, but I want to make sure that MJIIT offers a degree equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and offers the same amount of knowledge compared to UTM because its location is in the capital and therefore it is a better place than Johor and also the capital is better for me in terms of my proximity to my family that will move There I also do not know enough information about the two, so I want some advice from students there. Sorry for the lengthy. Thank you
UTM has a good environment but it seems that there is only few Chinese in the campus. Is that true? because I know many Chinese live in Malaysia, but I can't see Chinese students in the video.
There are Chinese in UTM....as you know, they are not many Chinese in UTM campus. I just give my opinion, maybe they more to studying rather social. Because, two of Chinese I know always lock themself in their room....we do chat a long few times. He kind a shy man.

Fortunately I have got seat to pursue my MS (Mech) in UTM .... :-) Alhamdhu lillah.... my question is, Is it worthier to study Mech (MS) in UTM leaving all IITs in India....!? Will it be that much worthier....!? any one please do give a reply... jazakallaahu khair.... :-)
Recently they have cut off the Internet in whole dormitories, specially family houses ! I am deeply regret coming to the UTM, No Internet, no knowledgeable lecturers, nothing.
Where are the international students! seems only Malaysian study and live in UTM!! The pictures are good but the result would be much better, if you highlight the multicultural features of UTM academic environment! you could show interactions and teamwork between Malaysian and non-Malaysian students! VIVA UTM
The majority of foreign students are from Iran, Nigeria, Pakistan (basically third world countries), that they just came there because it was CHEAP country and and a cheap university. However after the economic crisis specially in Iran and also a ridiculous increase of tuition fee in UTM (RM8000- (2500$)), literally international students finished !
As you see in this video, the are a few international student.....but I like you idea....should make video show interactions and teamwork between Malaysian and non-Malaysian students
I don’t recommend utm. The people and the system of the education is so toxic. I almost give up on the study but manage to graduate on time 😌 must have a lot of hard work and resilence attitude to live as utm student
UTM is just beautiful, nothing else ! Everything else is so ugly including people attitude, staff attitude, your classmate attitude. They don't respect international students. I wish I never came to this country.
unfortunately UTM has cut internet on the students due to budget shortcut, even though student are paying for the internet. a technology university without internet ! UTM must find a way for this big problem.
