I had a lash tech who I now understand to be super unprofessional. She we say hi then immediately jump on the phone for my entire appointment! & sis was charging $250. For me as a client it all comes down to professionalism & skill.
I’m in a smaller city I need to relocate, my work is good I’ve been lashing for a while, great customer service and reviews but I can’t get a consistent flow of clientele. I’m almost ready to stop 😓

I am still a student and ive been obsessed with your videos so far. The salon i get my lashes done at have a rule for fill-ins that need a full set, If you dont have 50% of your lashes they do a removal and book for a fill-in, do you recommend something like that for time and also people who take advantage? Also do you recommend starting on your own at first , commission , or booth/room rental? Maybe a video idea as well pros and cons between the 3 choices.
thanks so much for the support🫶🏽🫶🏽 as for fill ins, I don’t do the 50% rule because it can kinda confuse your clients. As long as they don’t have like 3 lashes when they come, i just charge them for a fill in. There are some clients that do take advantage of that and for those clients I make sure they are on a strict 2 week fill in schedule. I would start with commission if you don’t have any clientele

How would you go about finding influencers/ambassadors? I live in a (sorta) small town. No big city or big “people” here really, that I know of. Been lashing for almost 3 years and have been pretty consistent but I need to elevate, right now I’m just paying bills basically, and sometimes barely at that 😓 if I could get the right influencer that could maybe boost my name
Find what’s popular in your small town then add that to your services.
Hi! I’m just learning lashes and I’m wondering for discounts for referrals do you do like punch cards or something? Like every 3 people you refer that end up booking you get 20 off or something?
hey! lol no i just add it to their acuity profile in the notes but you can use the punch cards too!

no i haven’t but you should be able to find some vendors on IG or alibaba
