Congress Karnataka Govt says the Govt will modify the laws in Karnataka. Are the State Govt empowered to do so? If not if those Govt modify, do those Govt should be dismissed by the President of India ?
Opposition opposes every step taken by govt to improve existing shortcomings in the system.Instead of giving constructive suggestions at appropriate forum when called ,they adopt hit and run strategy in parliament.. They are not accountable for anything.
