Hello, would it have a difference in file size if I use this format compared to the first one (illustration) then sorting my pages into folders? Thank you..
No, because the multi-page format is literally just a folder with single page files in it and a page management file to keep track of them for you and allow you to easily work with all of them inside Clip. I gladly pay extra for EX just for this feature alone! :)
Mine is calibrated to mm not inches. Never mind, I figured it out. I will leave this for the benefit of others. To change mm to in, find the OK button in the upper right, down just a little is a box directly to the right of the long bar for the "preset." You will see a small box marked "unit:" Click the unit.

Can you make your videos without music. I'm trying to hear you as I would any instructor; the music is making that very difficult.
