You sometimes give a glimpse of this in other videos but not in a full video. Thanks for making it all simple. Where do you get all this data from?.

Theodore, the way you explain would merit a video on buying ENS. But instead of just one video, the whole lifecycle from a regular consumer point of view or a use case. An example, using your latest email (CaaS). So let's say you are an artist, and you want to own a "soul-bound" NFT. A video on the full life-cycle from buying the ENS to reaching the "Soul-bound" status would help solve the mystery behind this. Another use case: hosting a webpage or blog on IPFS... etc

Yeah, a process video for that ens registration is a good idea. A BETTER idea is a process video for buying crypto (like ETH, in your family's case) and storing it in a hardware cold wallet, or maybe a paper wallet. You know, I can show my parents, too.
What about privacy though? That's the part I don't like about ens domains. A simple lookup on the domain and the entire transaction history is shown, publicly, for anyone to see. And yes, it's the same with public keys, but no one has those unless you share them. A domain based on the twitter handle, for example, is much easier to lookup.

I am hoping that one of them gets a good Google ranking in search at some point and starts pulling people to this channel - because you certainly deserve it. I would be wary of doing another channel also because your frequency of video publishing potentially halves, or at least reduces, and that is certainly a metric that UA-cam uses to rank a channel. Final thought, I think it's good to keep your videos short and to the point like this one. Less work for you guys, and you can make a second video which is a part 2 - thereby keeping up with the YT metric but not making you burn out in from the work load. Take it easy. :-)

I think I spent 16 ETH in transaction fees on that shitshow called ENS that never actually went anywhere. All in all, along with cryptokitties it was a ridiculously expansive crash course on the ethereum network and all its wonders. And by wonders I mean fees.. lots of fees, Algorand 2022!! LOL
