Thank you so much. I am doing this because I literally cannot do anything without a samsung account (which needs my phone number that... I cannot use at all right now). I cannot recieve calls or text messages and cannot send them neither and everything I do needs a samsung account, even hard resets. I am hoping that a factory reset will help.
