It was like that with the beach during the 80s to mid/late 90s. There were fences too. The best beaches were reserved for tourists and the hotels were fenced all the way into the water.

I love the entire trip but the highlight for me is the explanation of why some parts of the water felt hot and cold, so i learned something different in terms of the river water meeting the sea which is called an Estuary.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽‼️‼️
