Cheesy vegan mac n cheese

• Large elbow mac n cheese (follow package boiling instructions.
• 1-2 tablespoons of pink/celtic salt
• 4 tablespoons of vegan butter (I use Melt butter)
• 1/2-1 cup of mocha mix
• 1 packet of chao original mac n cheese
• 2 bags of “follow your heart” cheddar cheese
• 1 container of “follow your heart” shredded Parmesan
