Honestly, if you eat as much as she does in one setting for an entire day, you're just going to gain weight anyway. All that food goes into you at once not entirely digesting itself. You have to eat at least twice a day or you won't digest anything.
Wouldn't be surprised if she's having bathroom issues. I used to starve myself like that and then eat once a day. Never gained anything, but I could never digest anything either.
