I mean he was giving Garou a run for his money when they fought and yeah Garou was tired from fighting a bunch of other people already but Genos also clearly wasn't going all out against him. If Bang hadn't interfered there's zero doubt in my mind he would have won handily.
I found Genos' fights as the most satisfying and most entertaining to watch in the whole OPM series.
