Richie is the reason these songs are being played live. He thinks like a fan as well, he knows what exactly fans want to hear as he himself must be a fan of the band.
Or it maybe me? I commented on Robs post about which songs should they play live for the first time and I commented One Shot At Glory. Excellent crowd reaction. Now they have given Painkiller justice.
Rob is gonna be 70 next week! Okay, he doesn't like 1990 Rob anymore, but goddamn, he sounds WAY better than most singers his age, especially considering the physical toll this style takes. Just incredible.
Incredible if you ask me! The Metal God! Priest just keeps getting better! I love this lineup with Faulkner and Sneap and Glenn doing the encore is just amazing! Priest fuckin rules! Can't wait to see them here with Ugly Kid Joe September 9'th in Virginia Beach VA USA!

Right?? After many performances when they use Battle Hymn then they start with Rapid Fire. I’m actually jealous on all who got to see that song live. also fun fact, my picture is when I saw Priest themselves back in late 2014!
Can we take a second to appreciate the man in the back, thundering away at those bass drums? I mean, Scott is no youngster either, a proper veteran of heavy fucking metal and he's driving this band with as much power and intent as ever. Respect.
Holy metal cow, we waited 31 years for this masterpiece headbanger and guitarist instant ticket to metal paradise.... and this gig, THE FIRST and Only ONE SHOT AT GLORY:D
THEY MADE HISTORY!!!! One Shot at Glory is one of my fav songs of Judas Priest and I always dreamed seeing them playing it live, now they made it!!! Can't wait when they can come back to Brazil
PAIN KILLER 1990. IS MY JUDAS PRIEST FAVOURITE ALBUM. I,M VERY HAPPY TO HEAR THE TRACK. ONE SHOT AT GLORY. ON OF THE BEST SONG EVER. THANKS TO THE BOYS.
How great is it to hear all these brilliant Priest song throughout the years played live (some for the first time ever)? I love KK, I love Tipton, I love Faulkner, and I love Sneap! Welcome to the family, and thanks for all your energy and input to all Priest members!

I am a huge Priest fan, and love them more than any band ever. But it would be legendary to see Glen and KK play together again. The Real fans will agree. Hell, even Metallica brought Dave Mustaine back for their 30th anniversary!!
@@WastedYears76 That album Nostradamus and following Tour have been such a nice and refreshing surprise for me tbh. It was soooi different from their půl bit repetitive hardcore metal albums from the past you know

Wow, Halford is still amazing after all these years! Sure, there were times in the past when he didn't perform too well but somehow he managed to get better again with age. While Meat Loaf, nearly the same age, still thinks he can still deliver (he can't), Halford shows how it's done. Great to hear "One Shot at Glory" live by the way.
The Priest and Heavy Metal is already back my friends. God bless my old pal from the priest and all there fans around the world. Now we can bang our heads again.
It sounds just like the recording which is impressive especially for a song Priest never played live. Sad I couldn't be there to see this historic Metal Meltdown unfold.
seriously! I can't see halford singing this way for many years but if form some reason this or next tour happens to be the last big one i would have no problems with it cause they have given us so much in their later career and it has all been a blast and an honor to get to be part of. Im just glad i'll be able to look back on these tours with a huge smile and relive some of the shows i saw in person
You guys can thank me for this. I commented on Rob'ss FB post about which songs should they play for the first time live. I said One Shot At Glory and was shocked that it was never played live before. Perfect Intro with Painkiller and perfect ending with One Shot At Glory. The priest has always been good at having great intros and enders.
I am now pretty bummed that I decided to save money and not go to BOA this year, looks like I'll have to look out for Priest touring if they're going to play One Shot At Glory again. This was a damn fine performance!🤘
Jesus Christ, Richie melted every face in the building! I hope he plays some memorable solos on the next album, because that's the one place Firepower was lacking
I agree. What's the point of having Andy in the band to play for Glenn, then not let him play Glenn's solos! Priest were always a trademark dual guitar force. Now it's let Richie play all the solos while Andy does rhythm. Not on at all. And before I get hate comments, I have been a Metal fan, and Priest fan, for 40 years. Show respect for Andy 🤘🏻🇬🇧🖤
In the case of One Shot, it has some of the hardest solo of any songs of the band and without any disrespect for Andy who is awesome, he just can’t play it I think. He plays other shared solos, but easier ones.
@@alexandreknapen946 Then he is not fit for playing in Judas Priest. That's what it takes to be a pro musician: playing the difficult stuff note for note and nailing it everytime.
