I did that 16 hour trip from Rodos to Pireaus , great travels, I love every minute of it, I could take a walk around the boat anytime, great food and people, it was WINDY though, 😄 🤣 hahaha great times, can't wait to do it again, as soon when I break through boondocks of upstate NY. Thanks for sharing this return trip to Pireus! Nice to ride along like this.
First time I saw Blue Star 1 and 2 was in Rhodes summer 2004. Last year I saw them again passing Kos. See my video Kos 2018 ua-cam.com/video/ma9bQQGutHE/v-deo.html where BS 1 can be seen twice. Both on the way to Rhodes and back to Pireus.
In between I have also seen them from the air a couple of times on our way to Crete.

Slow ferry
Not at all! This ferry, being able to sail with the maximum 30 knots, is one of the fastest vessels in Greece.
@dimitris gkompoitsos Exactly, most other ferries can only sail at max 23 knots and cruise with 20
