If you are religious or Hindu organisations, you probably has many ideas and suggestions to change some short falls in organising the entire procession prior or after the celebrations. All welfare organisations or politics parties do have some internal issues but to bring progressive developments needs gut and time. Every year this is happening why don't a standby maintenance and cleaning team be there for toilets because it's heavy people traffic so as you said you make 1 million net pay contractors to do it
