The imams in our masjid behind whom we offer 5 prayers, behind whom we offer namaz e eid ,who offer our namaz e janaza,who tell us more and more about deen. But we don't treat them the way they deserve. We don't pay them enough for their work. And any things that happens in the committee everyone blame them for that. It is our responsibility to treat them right so that in the next generation every one desire to be a Imam.
