The Time Of Fever hands down agree with you. I can't remember the last time tension was built that well in a bl show. If we can't get a full season 3, at least a movie or a couple of special episodes because that story and those characters deserve a better ending.
Im glad you mentioned "Last Twilight". I thought the serie was good, but the ending was horrible. It was like all the journey was for nothing because at the end he recovered his view. Meanwhile in I hear the sunspot show how he accepted his reality and move on with his disability without a miracle. Showing you can live like that and it isn't something temporary.
I agree with you bc the end felt rushed but in the beginning of the series they are talking about waiting for his eyes to get better, or that he can get new eyes. And they did say that or at least that’s how I understood it. And he did, although the ending felt rushed I don’t think it was bad bc he recovered his sight
@@Qwwiie Later in the story they said or tried to do the surgery but couldn't (I don't remember clearly), so that part was discarded, but they bringing it again in the last second in the last episode. The issue with him recovering his eyes is that the drama was a journey to acceptance and how these people with this disability can have a normal life. One door closed but another is open. All of that for me was crushed in the ending. I mean what was the reason for him recovering his eyes at that point of the story and the message of the drama.

There is a difference, Last Twilight shows a man who becomes blind and fight against it, I hear the sunspot tolds us a Story of a man with hearing disablity with no hope of recovery and how he deal with that fact. The plots are different
@@markusselzener2021I'm sorry but there are not messages in Last Twilight with that ending. He had that surgery because he is rich and all his fights were just a moment of his life as if blindness is something temporary. Even without all his struggles and the story they tell, he just needed to wait for a few years and have the surgery and back to normal. In the drama there were a point were the surgery was not viable, and then literally in the last minute, boom he recovered his eyes after he fighted, accepted and move on with his new reality. In that moment of the story there was no need for that. But If you like the ending good for you, but at least for me, I didn't like it because the message they were showing in all the story was crushed at the end.
Agree 100%, Love No Long Beans was a masterpiece, The chemistry between SailubPon is something else. I felt so lucky to watch this series in realtime. I need 100 more series with them. Can't wait for AlanJeff in Pitbabe S2. Pls change give them more and more series.
Nahh for me I feel like SailunPun always too much intimacy for me but loved MethasJJ felt so much butterflies in my stomach but again their intimacy scene was not done properly at the end but the smooches were so cute and swoon-worthy.
You didn't mention My Stand-In and Wandee Goodday. For me the best series list is 1. My Stand-In and 4 minutes ( tie for no.1) 2. Wandee Goodday and Century of love ( in term production value Century of love felt short, the special effects wear not that up but the acting, chemistry and plots made it up.) 3. Meet you at the blossoms 4. This love doesn't have long beans Worst: My love mixed up,Trainee, Love sea, SunsetxVibes, knock Knock boys N.P I haven't watched the Japanese and Korean ones yet.

Meeting at the blossom. So good. I continue to rewatch. I love these historical chinese type dramas. I bet they didnt expect how fan based they would become. It was short. You expect chinese to be 40 or 60 episodes. It's in my top 10 for 2024. The actors did well.. They had to be funny, do action, be sad, pain, be in love. It was quite exciting to watch young actors.
Seriously most Thai bl series dont have a solid storyline, they made some good series this year which i can actually count and that's it. Imagine watching young royals and heartstopper then you have thai bls, makes me wonder if they're telling a story or just make making us watch people. Don't get me started on gmmtv series, their series seems like it's made to be in one universe, you'll watch one and you get to see similar scenes in other series and they don't upgrade in anyway, just waiting for FirstKhao cos they're the only ones that can sell me anything, and I'll buy into it. I think they should switch things up sometimes with their pairs, most of their ships have chemistry off screen than onscreen, why not make some pairs act with others but they still maintain their partners. Like in moonlight chicken, we had first and mix and dat was so good, i think they also have hidden talents but they keep focusing on the popular ones..
@@BLFANEDITS seriously, FirstKhao delivers every single time. I don't really like high school series, but they made me love the eclipse, any series I watch with them in it, I just focus on them cos they give me butterflies. Earthmix are ok tho, loved them in moonlight chicken, and firstmix pairing was great too. Infact, First is an excellent actor, he goes so well with anyone and doesn't hold back.

ON1Y ONE, it is taiwan bl i think... Actually i don't like the ending, still fell all the sorrow even now 😭😭, still highly recommended... But, i can't deny how good, amazing, excellent that drama, from the plot, the acting (especially sheng wang), the chemistry, and so on got me hook until the last episode... Got the Same feeling and vibe as in i watched UNKNOWN & MY STAND IN
I agree with your #1. That series was perfectly executed and their acting was outstanding. My #2 is Happy Of The End. and my #3 I Hear The Sunspot. #4 Seoul Blue #5 Meet You At The Blossom. #6 4 Minutes.
What really did it for me (outside of everything you said) about Time of Fever is that they gave us all 6 episodes at once. My goodness did that feel Good!! More of That Please!!!
I just watched Time of Fever,I hadn’t heard of it till I saw your review, and I’m glad I did. The acting visuals story location everything was on point. The 2 leads had amazing chemistry the only complaint I have was that there weren’t enough episodes. I’ve been really disappointed with the recent BL’s so far. I don’t think I’ve ever stopped watching so many at once before. Thanks BLFE for drawing my attention to TOF.
my new top 3 Four Minutes The Only One Century of Love I loved the ending of The Only One ---- I understand the desire for a neat and tidy ending, as it satisfies our need for closure or a happy conclusion, allowing us to detach from the story we’ve been immersed in. However, I loved the way The Only One ended, even if there’s no season 2. They’re 17, they're "brothers," Wang is still innocent, and Tian is clearly traumatized and conflicted. I haven’t read the novel and don’t plan to, unless it's confirmed that there won’t be a second season. If we do get a continuation, I hope it will show them older, maybe at university,
Yay! A review video! I still haven't seen Rebound and Meet You at the Blossom, but all the other I have seen. I'm kinda surprised you didn't put My Stand-In with this group. Anyways, I definitely agree with you on Seoul blues. I've been enjoying Sukfilm's shows and love the acting and chemistry between the characters. Can't wait to see what they have next. I LOVED Century of Love and This Love Doesn't Have Long Beans, though I'd probably put 4 Minutes above them.
Ahh I was soo waiting for your review. Here are my thoughts on some of them: 1. Sunset Vibes: Dropped even before Khun Dad 💪 2. My love mix up: For everyone who argued that we didn't like the series because we were comparing it with the jp adaptation. No dear! you cant defend it. Sorry, It was bad. 3. The trainee: The only thing I liked about this series was P'Judy. I swear if i see another series with Off being rude and Gun crying. I will break my screen. Stop it already! 😒 4. The Rebound: I was more interested in the story of the gangster and Q. Also, Frank being a borderline creepy stalker. It was frustrating to watch. 5. Love Sea: Dropped after they moved from the island to the city 6. Knock knock boys: Surprisingly entertaining 7. Meet you at the blossom: Although had loopholes, I will love this series despite being the first uncensored wuxia BL. 8. I hear the sunspot: The plot with the girl Maya felt a bit rushed and couldn't connect to the main story. 9. Long Beans: Wanted more Metas JJ (another second lead syndrome again) 10. The time of fever won't be my favourite like you because Why why why ?😭😭😭😭 it had to end. Why leave me with this feeling of wanting even more. My favourite 4 minutes and Century of Love 🤩 because these two made me forget anything that was going on and just think about them.
I definitely agree with offgun. Off mistreating gun is too repeatitive. Judy is hot but first time I didn't root for a gl couple despite of having chemistry
@@beomgyuarmpithair So much so that now feels like everytime I will see gun onscreen it will be another cute character crying and BL or not , Off would be another wanna be bad boy rude guy. It's exhausting and repeating. Honestly, it might be a controversial opinion but I don't understand the OffGun hype. Yes I really liked them in Not Me but what got me hooked up in Not Me was GawinFirst and other characters more than OffGun... But I guess it might be only me and my personal biases. As for the GL couple. I also didn't root for them. But I still really liked Judy's character, she was everything, like you might say Beauty with brains, smart, compassionate and great personality. I would have loved to see her dating someone worthy in the end.

Film more or less has chemistry with every guy but I like her with gun, perth (rumoured bf) and nannon(?) Namtanfilm is the mixture offgun and Jimmysea imo. I've read pluto, if it was a bl then firstkhao would've been perfect
The time of fever is enough said! You captured what we felt watching the series! Like how can they be so intense in every possible way! That pairing is a waste if they don't do anymore series. We know that KBL rarely repeat couples. But these two needs to do 18+ series just what the director said. I'll be looking forward to it even if i will wait for eternity! The only one I haven't watched is The Time of Fever, but I will rectify that asap. I agree with all the comments on the other shows. The ones I did not finish were SunsetXVibes, Love Sea, and Rebound. I agree that Takara's Treasure, MLMU & The Trainee totally wasted their potential, both with their actors and the storylines. I loved 4Minutes, Century of Love, Meet You At The Blossom, Long Beans, and I Hear The Sunspot.

So glad you made a wrap-up video again - apart from the wonderful snarky comments (much loved) I also get time to go through my own thoughts instead of just watching on my own. And as for acting and plots, frankly I hated most shows lately. I don't enjoy childlike behaviour in a show with adult NC scenes, the slowness of comprehension in Takara's Treasure was driving me crazy, I had more conversations with my screen than I can justify as normal. I hate misogyny - whether it's presented in an actual female character (I'm looking at you Sukfilm, please deal with that!) or a smaller, timid male character that equally shows all traits of misogyny and is the reason I don't like "straight" shows as I hate the presentation of women. So as for what was good for me personally... 4 Minutes. The BTS crew (script, director, edit, lights) who actually knew their jobs, and the actors who went full in. The first 8 episodes of My Stand-in. I'll be the arse and not forgive them for the ending. 😜😫 High hopes for Jack & Joker. 🤞 And there's a good chance The On1y One will top the list. 🤞🤞 I had to skip Century of Love and Time of Fever from your list as I haven't finished or seen them yet. If anyone is actually reading all of my rambling (thank you!!!) if I did not like Unintentional Love Story will ToF not be for me either or is it different enough to give it a go? ❤
I think ToF will be much more to your liking than ULS. If ULS is an 7 on the emotional (heated) scale, ToF is a 10! My heart was racing and almost jumping out of my chest when they finally got closer to each other! The stares... don't get me started on their acting through the eyes! I would watch HOURS of them just "talking" through their eyes and bodies!

Love No Long Beans - YEEEEEEES!!! Such an unexpected success, especially coming after the terribly disastrous "Pit Babe" which was an awful show, badly managed, directed and produced, worsened by the awful acting of one of the main leads. Glad I got over my bias and gave this one a chance or I'd have missed an incredibly good Thai BL which is a rarity.
I've watched TLDHLB 3 times. If someone told me Sailubpon was real, I'd believe it. Their chemistry is amazing! I also enjoyed Century of Love and 4 Minutes. I absolutely love Jesbible!! I also loved Wandee Good Day and Seoul Blues.
I totally agree with your number 1 pick. That was such an awesome BL. Even though I would like to see more, I think it would have lost its magic if it was longer. And episode 4 is just perfection.

The character portrayals were wonderful just lacking some skin shipped , we just got one really weird hug at the end haha. I feel like I need to watch Time of Fever now as my next one, you have convinced me.

I honestly feel bad for Mosbank. They have phenomenal chemistry but their series aren't giving. And lookaew prooved that she's not a versatile actor in sunset vibes. After love sea I'm no longer interested in boy next world because bossnoeul are literally playing the same characters. Another wasted ship with great potential. After watching basfuaiz I'm expecting jobbump though I'm a sucker for miobump. I know it's random so was basfuaiz
That was pretty spot on overview. My top three are 4 minutes ( no. 1 due to cinematography, it was such a visual treat, a sleek tv show), Century of Love (more chemistry then in a laboratory) and The time of fever ( storytelling, angst, chemistry... it all works). I hope Heart Killers will improve GMMTV offering in 2024 ( just no timeskips please, that is such a lazy writing trope).
Time of Fever was my fave, too, of all you mentioned. I would rate Meet You at the Blossom higher than you did, and I would rate 4 Seconds lower (it was all too confusing to me). Appreciated this video. It defs saved me from wasting my time watching certain shows. I have a rule for myself when watching a new series. If it does not keep me interested until ep 3, It is dropped. Some BL's can literally keep you up at night (in a good way) LoL I am not losing sleep over a series that is not worth it.

I really liked your video and I 100% agree with you on "The time of fever". I think it's one of the best BLs of 2024 if not the best KBL among all. I was waiting for it for a long time and was not disappointed at all. As you said, I really hope we will get a season 3 in the future, they cannot waste so much chemistry like that and, also, we need a proper conclusion to their relationship.
As usual you offered such a good review, I agree wit you in most of cases. With Japanese series it is hit or miss. They are either excellent or boring. Most recent drama that I liked before I Hear The Sunspot was At 25:00 in Akasaka, except the part in last episode (visit to production studio) that if I could I would tear it away with my teeth. Backround music was excellent. Time of fever was such a delight to watch, we definitely need the season 3 to conclude. Those kisses we saw were one of the finest out there.

I agree with you about the disappointing BLs and also how sad it is not to give another good script to OffGun who are excellent actors with great chemistry. I love FortPeat and their chemistry but again the execution and storyline. I miss My stand-in from your list though but it’s my personal opinion

I like it when OffGun plays smart characters, not a clueless one. I hope he gets more good roles after this like Not Me. I absolutely couldn't get through Love Sea. and yes it was in large part due to Peat playing another traumatized character. Even chemistry can't get over that. I really liked Meet You At The Blossom, tho it wasn't always perfect. Yes! 4 Minutes was chaotic! I had such a hard time with it. Century of Love was great! I haven't yet watched Long Beans or Fever. I'll have to go watch them.
I finish binge watching 4Minutes 2days ago. And i must to admit,coming for Bible but got bias wrecked by Fuaiz😄 His acting improve so much and he def nail the role as villain in this series. Before i watch it,i see so many comment said that their storyline is confusing. But i dont find it confusing at all,if they read the description of this series they gonna understand over all storyline. But ig what makes them confuse is the time line. Because the time line jump pretty fast if u dont pay attention. Summary of this series is,every one of them had the second chance,wether is to be with ur loved one or revenge your enemy. But for tonkla and korn,their second chance is when they both in their last breath and choose to not "wake up" again so they can be together forever which is they choose death rather than life.. The second chance for Dome is when he discharge from hospital and go home to his Phi (Tonkla) The second chance for Title is when he beat up Great. As for Nan (the one who help Tyme got the evidence),her second chance is when she expossed the cargo company that Great father had. And for Great,his second chance is actually show in eps 1-5 (if im not wrong). The eps 6 is how the world surround him actually going,his life. He got shoot by Tonkla,Title dead because Tonkla kill him,Nan is dead bcause SaMarn kill her and Tyme grandma is killed by the general. So eps 6 is the start of "The Real Life" Honestly,this is the first time i watch Thai BL after The Sign ended😅 Agree with Time of Fever,OMG i love love love it. I literally lost my words for this series. My jaws are on the floor with their intense kissing scene,i blush in how their little secret date in the bookstore,i bawl my eyes on their separated...its checklist on everything i want in BL show except for short eps😔 I read so many review on how good Love doesnt have long beans. I agree that the time of fever is my favourite so far. No matter the storyline, actors acting and filmography are perfect. We all hope there is season 2 coming up to show what happen when they grow up.
What a Great video! I would put 4 minutes lower on the list and bump up Takara treasure a bit higher. I found him endearing (think of Yoh from my personal weatherman) My top 3 were Meet you at the blossom, I hear the sunspot, and Time of fever.
I once again agree with most of your ratings. Top five for me were about the same, I would rank I hear the sunspot at 1 or 2 and shift the others down. It seems I liked the lesser shows slightly more than you. I would move the Trainee up a bit and move Love Sea down a few spaces. OffGun were at least stronger actors and their characters were consistent and made sense. FortPeat were struck with the same dilemma in this series as they were in LITA, their characters had one particular personality in the start but changed so drastically to less appealing as a couple. I felt baited by the chemistry of the early NC scenes to finish the series and we barely had any of that in the later part anyway. Knock knock boys was definitely better than I expected.
Oh and I absolutely loved Wandee Goodday, we disagree there. I'm glad In got a good lead role and an excellent pairing with Great. The visuals were so good in this one and the female love rivals weren't annoying.
I feel like the only consistently good agencies lately are Change and BOC. BOC just proved itself again with 4minutes, and I can’t wait to see what Change has in store. On the other hand, it’s really disappointing how others are ruining couples with bad scripts. Still crying for OffGun and Mosbank.
Finally someone talked about takaras treasure. Taisin charcter first feel good but as time pass by it feels so boring. They could have end it in 6 or 7 ep. Also meenping shoud really separate and ping should get acting classes. Im really disappointed in their acting. Also thank you for the review.❤

The Century of Love and Time of Fever were the only two I genuinely liked. I did watch 4minutes but found it too confusing and a bit boring to watch. I have yet to watch Sunspot, and I've dropped all the others. We've been so spoiled by fantastic BLs like Unknown and My Stand In that those badly written shows and weak actors just don’t do it for me anymore. Like you I found the boy/girl couple more interesting than Fourth and Gemini's characters in that remake, but I still couldn’t muster the patience to watch that childish show to the end.

I wanted to like My Love MixUp so much and it started well, but I felt disengaged as it went on . It also doesn't help that Kieta Hatsukoi is amazing and still one of my fave bls. I was really enjoying Century of Love but we are still waiting for subs for like ep 3 on youtube, we are suffering!

Very well spoken. “The rebound” main actors are a total off in all their series❌ same with gem and forth in “my love mix up” they looked forced. As much as I love Gem and forth I’ve never watched any of their series up to episode 3 before getting bored and dropping it.

My only complaint with your list is that you (all through your videos) seem to love SailubPon a lot and be biased. Love with no long beans should deffinitely be on the good side, on the other hand I really don't think it should make it to be 2nd. Benz's acting is superb, but let's say it out loud Garfield's is very much not (even if I really wanted it to be better :( ), and the storyline also felt nah sometimes, especially the ending. I very much agree on Ping's lack of acting skills. Mean is ok, he can play different characters quite well,so I hope they get separated in future projects so Mean can experience and get better too. As for MoshBank, I really hope they'll have better roles, cause their chemistry is still very much there. Also, finally sby said out loud what I noticed, that Gemini does not like touching. He is a good actor, he can do many roles so well, but fall behind and gets stiff when it comes to any physical contact. Interesting. I wonder if he will improove this.

Boy, are you right about “Sunset Vibes”….yook in every way. Outside of “We Are,” OffGun does nothing for me. Totally agree with all your comments on “Takaru’s Treasure” and “Love Sea.” Ditto on no skinship in “I Hear the Sunspot.” “4 Minutes” was just too complicated and the second couple definitely stole the show. Did not watch “Long Beans” or “Time of Fever,” but I will now since you liked them.👍

The Time Of Fever hands down agree with you. I can't remember the last time tension was built that well in a bl show. If we can't get a full season 3, at least a movie or a couple of special episodes because that story and those characters deserve a better ending.

Im glad you mentioned "Last Twilight". I thought the serie was good, but the ending was horrible. It was like all the journey was for nothing because at the end he recovered his view. Meanwhile in I hear the sunspot show how he accepted his reality and move on with his disability without a miracle. Showing you can live like that and it isn't something temporary.
I agree with you bc the end felt rushed but in the beginning of the series they are talking about waiting for his eyes to get better, or that he can get new eyes. And they did say that or at least that’s how I understood it. And he did, although the ending felt rushed I don’t think it was bad bc he recovered his sight
@@Qwwiie Later in the story they said or tried to do the surgery but couldn't (I don't remember clearly), so that part was discarded, but they bringing it again in the last second in the last episode.
The issue with him recovering his eyes is that the drama was a journey to acceptance and how these people with this disability can have a normal life. One door closed but another is open. All of that for me was crushed in the ending. I mean what was the reason for him recovering his eyes at that point of the story and the message of the drama.

There is a difference, Last Twilight shows a man who becomes blind and fight against it, I hear the sunspot tolds us a Story of a man with hearing disablity with no hope of recovery and how he deal with that fact. The plots are different

He had that surgery because he is rich and all his fights were just a moment of his life as if blindness is something temporary. Even without all his struggles and the story they tell, he just needed to wait for a few years and have the surgery and back to normal. In the drama there were a point were the surgery was not viable, and then literally in the last minute, boom he recovered his eyes after he fighted, accepted and move on with his new reality. In that moment of the story there was no need for that. But If you like the ending good for you, but at least for me, I didn't like it because the message they were showing in all the story was crushed at the end.

Nahh for me I feel like SailunPun always too much intimacy for me but loved MethasJJ felt so much butterflies in my stomach but again their intimacy scene was not done properly at the end but the smooches were so cute and swoon-worthy.

Meeting at the blossom. So good. I continue to rewatch. I love these historical chinese type dramas. I bet they didnt expect how fan based they would become. It was short. You expect chinese to be 40 or 60 episodes. It's in my top 10 for 2024. The actors did well.. They had to be funny, do action, be sad, pain, be in love. It was quite exciting to watch young actors.
Seriously most Thai bl series dont have a solid storyline, they made some good series this year which i can actually count and that's it. Imagine watching young royals and heartstopper then you have thai bls, makes me wonder if they're telling a story or just make making us watch people. Don't get me started on gmmtv series, their series seems like it's made to be in one universe, you'll watch one and you get to see similar scenes in other series and they don't upgrade in anyway, just waiting for FirstKhao cos they're the only ones that can sell me anything, and I'll buy into it. I think they should switch things up sometimes with their pairs, most of their ships have chemistry off screen than onscreen, why not make some pairs act with others but they still maintain their partners. Like in moonlight chicken, we had first and mix and dat was so good, i think they also have hidden talents but they keep focusing on the popular ones..
FirstKhao and EarthMix are the only two pairs that give consistently good acting and chemistry

I don't really like high school series, but they made me love the eclipse, any series I watch with them in it, I just focus on them cos they give me butterflies. Earthmix are ok tho, loved them in moonlight chicken, and firstmix pairing was great too. Infact, First is an excellent actor, he goes so well with anyone and doesn't hold back.
To be fair, there are so many thai bls with solid storylines, it's just that they're not as popular

I just watched Time of Fever,I hadn’t heard of it till I saw your review, and I’m glad I did. The acting visuals story location everything was on point. The 2 leads had amazing chemistry the only complaint I have was that there weren’t enough episodes. I’ve been really disappointed with the recent BL’s so far. I don’t think I’ve ever stopped watching so many at once before. Thanks BLFE for drawing my attention to TOF.

I loved the ending of The Only One ---- I understand the desire for a neat and tidy ending, as it satisfies our need for closure or a happy conclusion, allowing us to detach from the story we’ve been immersed in. However, I loved the way The Only One ended, even if there’s no season 2. They’re 17, they're "brothers," Wang is still innocent, and Tian is clearly traumatized and conflicted. I haven’t read the novel and don’t plan to, unless it's confirmed that there won’t be a second season. If we do get a continuation, I hope it will show them older, maybe at university,

Anyways, I definitely agree with you on Seoul blues. I've been enjoying Sukfilm's shows and love the acting and chemistry between the characters. Can't wait to see what they have next. I LOVED Century of Love and This Love Doesn't Have Long Beans, though I'd probably put 4 Minutes above them.
Ahh I was soo waiting for your review. Here are my thoughts on some of them:
1. Sunset Vibes: Dropped even before Khun Dad 💪
2. My love mix up: For everyone who argued that we didn't like the series because we were comparing it with the jp adaptation. No dear! you cant defend it. Sorry, It was bad.
3. The trainee: The only thing I liked about this series was P'Judy. I swear if i see another series with Off being rude and Gun crying. I will break my screen. Stop it already! 😒
4. The Rebound: I was more interested in the story of the gangster and Q. Also, Frank being a borderline creepy stalker. It was frustrating to watch.
5. Love Sea: Dropped after they moved from the island to the city
6. Knock knock boys: Surprisingly entertaining
7. Meet you at the blossom: Although had loopholes, I will love this series despite being the first uncensored wuxia BL.
8. I hear the sunspot: The plot with the girl Maya felt a bit rushed and couldn't connect to the main story.
9. Long Beans: Wanted more Metas JJ (another second lead syndrome again)
10. The time of fever won't be my favourite like you because Why why why ?😭😭😭😭 it had to end. Why leave me with this feeling of wanting even more.

Yes I really liked them in Not Me but what got me hooked up in Not Me was GawinFirst and other characters more than OffGun... But I guess it might be only me and my personal biases.
As for the GL couple. I also didn't root for them. But I still really liked Judy's character, she was everything, like you might say Beauty with brains, smart, compassionate and great personality. I would have loved to see her dating someone worthy in the end.

The time of fever is enough said! You captured what we felt watching the series! Like how can they be so intense in every possible way! That pairing is a waste if they don't do anymore series. We know that KBL rarely repeat couples. But these two needs to do 18+ series just what the director said. I'll be looking forward to it even if i will wait for eternity!

I loved 4Minutes, Century of Love, Meet You At The Blossom, Long Beans, and I Hear The Sunspot.

So glad you made a wrap-up video again - apart from the wonderful snarky comments (much loved) I also get time to go through my own thoughts instead of just watching on my own.
And as for acting and plots, frankly I hated most shows lately. I don't enjoy childlike behaviour in a show with adult NC scenes, the slowness of comprehension in Takara's Treasure was driving me crazy, I had more conversations with my screen than I can justify as normal. I hate misogyny - whether it's presented in an actual female character (I'm looking at you Sukfilm, please deal with that!) or a smaller, timid male character that equally shows all traits of misogyny and is the reason I don't like "straight" shows as I hate the presentation of women.
So as for what was good for me personally... 4 Minutes. The BTS crew (script, director, edit, lights) who actually knew their jobs, and the actors who went full in. The first 8 episodes of My Stand-in. I'll be the arse and not forgive them for the ending. 😜😫

I think ToF will be much more to your liking than ULS. If ULS is an 7 on the emotional (heated) scale, ToF is a 10! My heart was racing and almost jumping out of my chest when they finally got closer to each other! The stares... don't get me started on their acting through the eyes! I would watch HOURS of them just "talking" through their eyes and bodies!

“Love has no long beans” didn’t do it for me, I stopped watching at episode 2. Maybe I could revisit it but who knows.
Love No Long Beans - YEEEEEEES!!! Such an unexpected success, especially coming after the terribly disastrous "Pit Babe" which was an awful show, badly managed, directed and produced, worsened by the awful acting of one of the main leads. Glad I got over my bias and gave this one a chance or I'd have missed an incredibly good Thai BL which is a rarity.

I hope Heart Killers will improve GMMTV offering in 2024 ( just no timeskips please, that is such a lazy writing trope).
Time of Fever was my fave, too, of all you mentioned. I would rate Meet You at the Blossom higher than you did, and I would rate 4 Seconds lower (it was all too confusing to me). Appreciated this video. It defs saved me from wasting my time watching certain shows. I have a rule for myself when watching a new series. If it does not keep me interested until ep 3, It is dropped. I was waiting for it for a long time and was not disappointed at all. As usual you offered such a good review, I agree wit you in most of cases. With Japanese series it is hit or miss. They are either excellent or boring. Most recent drama that I liked before I Hear The Sunspot was At 25:00 in Akasaka, except the part in last episode (visit to production studio) that if I could I would tear it away with my teeth. Backround music was excellent. Time of fever was such a delight to watch, we definitely need the season 3 to conclude. Those kisses we saw were one of the finest out there.

Century of Love was great!
I haven't yet watched Long Beans or Fever. I'll have to go watch them.
I finish binge watching 4Minutes 2days ago. And i must to admit,coming for Bible but got bias wrecked by Fuaiz😄
His acting improve so much and he def nail the role as villain in this series. Before i watch it,i see so many comment said that their storyline is confusing. But i dont find it confusing at all,if they read the description of this series they gonna understand over all storyline. But ig what makes them confuse is the time line. Because the time line jump pretty fast if u dont pay attention. Summary of this series is,every one of them had the second chance,wether is to be with ur loved one or revenge your enemy. But for tonkla and korn,their second chance is when they both in their last breath and choose to not "wake up" again so they can be together forever which is they choose death rather than life..
The second chance for Dome is when he discharge from hospital and go home to his Phi (Tonkla)
The second chance for Title is when he beat up Great.
As for Nan (the one who help Tyme got the evidence),her second chance is when she expossed the cargo company that Great father had.
And for Great,his second chance is actually show in eps 1-5 (if im not wrong). The eps 6 is how the world surround him actually going,his life. He got shoot by Tonkla,Title dead because Tonkla kill him,Nan is dead bcause SaMarn kill her and Tyme grandma is killed by the general. So eps 6 is the start of "The Real Life"

Agree with Time of Fever,OMG i love love love it. I literally lost my words for this series. My jaws are on the floor with their intense kissing scene,i blush in how their little secret date in the bookstore,i bawl my eyes on their separated...its checklist on everything i want in BL show except for short eps😔

I agree that the time of fever is my favourite so far. No matter the storyline, actors acting and filmography are perfect. We all hope there is season 2 coming up to show what happen when they grow up.

What a Great video! I would put 4 minutes lower on the list and bump up Takara treasure a bit higher. I found him endearing (think of Yoh from my personal weatherman)
My top 3 were Meet you at the blossom, I hear the sunspot, and Time of fever.
I once again agree with most of your ratings. Top five for me were about the same, I would rank I hear the sunspot at 1 or 2 and shift the others down. It seems I liked the lesser shows slightly more than you. I would move the Trainee up a bit and move Love Sea down a few spaces. OffGun were at least stronger actors and their characters were consistent and made sense. FortPeat were struck with the same dilemma in this series as they were in LITA, their characters had one particular personality in the start but changed so drastically to less appealing as a couple. I felt baited by the chemistry of the early NC scenes to finish the series and we barely had any of that in the later part anyway. Knock knock boys was definitely better than I expected.
Oh and I absolutely loved Wandee Goodday, we disagree there. I'm glad In got a good lead role and an excellent pairing with Great. The visuals were so good in this one and the female love rivals weren't annoying.

I feel like the only consistently good agencies lately are Change and BOC. BOC just proved itself again with 4minutes, and I can’t wait to see what Change has in store. On the other hand, it’s really disappointing how others are ruining couples with bad scripts. Still crying for OffGun and Mosbank.

Finally someone talked about takaras treasure. Taisin charcter first feel good but as time pass by it feels so boring. They could have end it in 6 or 7 ep. Also meenping shoud really separate and ping should get acting classes. Im really disappointed in their acting.

The Century of Love and Time of Fever were the only two I genuinely liked. I did watch 4minutes but found it too confusing and a bit boring to watch. I have yet to watch Sunspot, and I've dropped all the others. We've been so spoiled by fantastic BLs like Unknown and My Stand In that those badly written shows and weak actors just don’t do it for me anymore. Like you I found the boy/girl couple more interesting than Fourth and Gemini's characters in that remake, but I still couldn’t muster the patience to watch that childish show to the end.

I wanted to like My Love MixUp so much and it started well, but I felt disengaged as it went on . It also doesn't help that Kieta Hatsukoi is amazing and still one of my fave bls.
I was really enjoying Century of Love but we are still waiting for subs for like ep 3 on youtube, we are suffering!

Very well spoken. “The rebound” main actors are a total off in all their series❌ same with gem and forth in “my love mix up” they looked forced. As much as I love Gem and forth I’ve never watched any of their series up to episode 3 before getting bored and dropping it.

My only complaint with your list is that you (all through your videos) seem to love SailubPon a lot and be biased. Love with no long beans should deffinitely be on the good side, on the other hand I really don't think it should make it to be 2nd. Benz's acting is superb, but let's say it out loud Garfield's is very much not (even if I really wanted it to be better :( ), and the storyline also felt nah sometimes, especially the ending.
I very much agree on Ping's lack of acting skills. Mean is ok, he can play different characters quite well,so I hope they get separated in future projects so Mean can experience and get better too.
As for MoshBank, I really hope they'll have better roles, cause their chemistry is still very much there.
Also, finally sby said out loud what I noticed, that Gemini does not like touching. He is a good actor, he can do many roles so well, but fall behind and gets stiff when it comes to any physical contact. Interesting. I wonder if he will improove this.

Boy, are you right about “Sunset Vibes”….yook in every way. Outside of “We Are,” OffGun does nothing for me. Totally agree with all your comments on “Takaru’s Treasure” and “Love Sea.” Ditto on no skinship in “I Hear the Sunspot.” “4 Minutes” was just too complicated and the second couple definitely stole the show. Did not watch “Long Beans” or “Time of Fever,” but I will now since you liked them.👍
I love Gemini and Fourth, but I dropped the series too. I still love them though…
