All of GTA 4 is underrated
The only thing I don't like about GTA 4 is the slow ass on-foot mechanics. It's WAY smoother in GTA 5.

Gta 4 base game was pretty fast actually,it's mainly the dlc,not Luis but Jonny is slow ASF. TLAD is still one of my favorite games ever tho

Gta IV is for some things better than gta V. Generally, gta V is better.
Wrong, gta 4 is better in most aspects. GTA 5 gets the story better and same with the graphics but gta 4 is better in the terms of everything else.
