ਬੱਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਈਗੋ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਸਭ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਬੰਦਾਂ ਹਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਰੁਖ ਤੋ ਉਲਟ ਚੱਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਚੁਰਾਸੀ ਦੀ ਨਸਲ਼ਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਤੇ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਦਿਲ ਕੰਬਾਊ ਫਿਲਮ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਬੱਬੂ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਦਮਨ ਸਿਖਰ ਤੇ ਸੀ ।
ਇਹ ਵੀ ਬੱਬੂ ਨੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਸੀ ,,
“ ਨੇਜ਼ਿਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਟੰਗਾਏ
ਉੱਤੋਂ ਲੰਗਾਈਆਂ ਰੇਲਾਂ ।
ਸੁਰੰਗਾਂ ਪੁੱਟਕੇ ਲੰਗਗੇ ਅਗਲੇ
ਕਾਹਨੂੰ ਡੱਕਦੀਆਂ ਜੇਲਾਂ । 
ਬੱਬੂ ਨੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਲੇਖਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਸਦੀ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਅਤੇ ਹੌਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਖੋਂ ਪਰੋਖੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਮੈ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਫੈਨ ਨਹੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦਾ SYL ਵੀ ਪਸੰਧ ਆਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਬੂ ਦੇ ਅਨੇਕਾ ਗੀਤ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਸੰਧ ਹਨ ।
ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹੈਰਾਨਗੀ ਹੈ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆ ਲੰਡੂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਬੱਬੂ ਠੋਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਬੱਬੂ ਨੂੰ ਠੰਡਾਂ ਕਰਤਾ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਰਾਇ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਦਾਇਰਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਬਣ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਆਖਿਰਕਾਰ ਸਾਡਾ ਪਗੜੀਦਾਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਪੁੱਤ ਸੀ । ਪਰ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੂੰ ਪਸੰਧ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮਤਲੱਬ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਮੈ ਬੱਬੂ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਗਾਹਲਾ ਕੱਢਾ ।
