Mam I run a shop, I want to make Icecream there, but the batch freazer machine is costly. So I am planning to make icecream in a kothi icecream machine, which is a lot cheaper machine.
Now my concern is, wheather I would get at least 100% overrun or not?
I need to have at least 100% overrun coz I want to sell these icecreams to people in cheap price, my starting price would be ₹5 per cup.
Most of my customers would be kids, and kids has little money thats why I want to make it good quality and cheap.
