I'd always assumed that Gladion took Type:Null with him because he didn't agree with how his mom was treating Pokémon (and her cryogenics fetish), and that the reason his clothes were torn up was that he had spent years slowly earning the trust of what was basically the equivalent of a bengal tiger IRL

Fish Buns Typ:Null! His clothed were torn up before we meet him in the game and you know as good as I do that his Typ:Null evolves later during the story.
Kid's tougher than a Geodude. He survived at least 6 blows from Null, who has a base Attack of 95, which may not seem overwhelming, but do remember that humans are basically bags of blood, as they can only take a few blows from a decently strong animal, like a dog, before they die, and Type: Null is decidedly _not_ your average domesticated dog. If Birch was running in fear from a Poochyena, who has a base Attack that's 40 less than Null's, and said Poochyena was level 2, then Poochyena must be dangerous to humans even at that level. Not to Gladion, though! He's a TANK! He probably took Rages from a level 5 Type: Null, at the least, and survived them all!
I may be overthinking this.

The voice acting was on par, but it seemed to be going to quickly. Like, there should have been pauses between certain lines and such.

Also when you meet Gladion before you take on the Elite Four he reveals that Type:Null has evolved into Silvally. I can imagine it going something like this:
_(Type:Null and Gladion sitting side by side on the snowy mountain)_
*Gladion:* "Null...I apologize on behalf of my mother...She was in grief. She had succumbed to madness. Null, I am very sorry for everything you had to go through, my friend..."
*Type:Null:* _(suddenly stands up and turns away)_ "Chffrrrp..." _(starts to walk away from Gladion)_
*Gladion:* "Null?...Null...where are you going? NULL! I am sorry for all! I am sorry for whatever horrible things Mother and the rest of Aether has done...and I understand if you don't forgive me. I...just want you to know...that with the world against me...with my family against me...you were by my side. Null...I don't know how much of this you understand...but you are my _only friend._ Please, please don't leave me..."
*Type:Null:* _(stops in its tracks) "Fchrrrp?" _(suddenly starts freaking out)_ "FFCHRRRP! PFFCHRRP!"
*Gladion:* "Null? What's the matter? What's ...going on?"
*Type:Null:* "PFFCHRRRRRRRRP!"
_(Type:Null suddenly seizes its helmet in its claws and repeatedly tears at it, slamming its head against a nearby rock)_
*Gladion:* "What...are you doing?"
_(The helmet smashes apart into pieces and Type:Null flashes brightly as Gladion watches in awe. Soon the light dies down and Type:Null raises up its head, free from its painful restraint for the first time in its life)_
*Gladion:* (completely shocked) "Null? Are you...did you... _what are you?_ "
*Type:Null:* _(shrieks in delight)_ "CHIRRRRRP!" _(affectionately tackles Gladion and starts licking his face)_
*Gladion:* _(hugs Null in return and smiles)_ "I'm glad you're free, my friend." _(looks into Null's eyes)_ "I feel angry toward my mother for all she has done. I feel angry at Faba, and Aether for all the crimes they committed. But despite all my hate, all my anger...I must thank them for one thing. I am thankful that through their mad science they created a false god...and a true friend."
*Type:Null:* _(purrs and rubs against Gladion like an oversized kitten)_
*Gladion:* _(laughs)_ "I guess I'm lucky to have a friend like you...a Pokemon like no other, a machine with more heart than a man...a _silver ally._
_(pauses)_

Piggy Oink Oink well silvally is technically not an evolution of type null just what it looks like without a massive helmet glued on.

Type null and gladion are friends ever since Gladion saved it from the labs.

I would've imagined he saw Null without his mother knowing, later on when leaving takes it. I'm also annoyed seeing he still has the same clothing as the game, since I think he should have somewhat similar to her sisters and mothers.

Noreen Mcque Type Null was meant to battle the UBs, though the 3 that were made, likely unstable Silva
ly's at that point, went on a rampage due to having too much uncontrollable power, were restrained with the helmets, and likely were left in the labs as the beasts they were. Gladion likely stole Type: Null, his at least, away when he ran away simply to give it a better life than what it had. And seeing Lusamine's 'collection', probably not far off
