I am surprised noone said anything about the fact that these are not real bifanas, they do not have salad, ham, cheese, bellpeppers or even olives, and only in rares places troughout the country do they actually have egg, a real bifana is just bread, the beef, wich changes the way it's made depending on wich part of the country its from, and sauces wich normally is mustard and piri-piri (spicy sauce), it is well topped of with beer.
Nothing less nothing more.
