The Great Tribulation, the Time of Jacob's Trouble, (they also warned of), will be God and the Lamb's Holy Wrath poured out on the deserving and none else. P - Placement of His Church (Revelation 1-4) R - Removal of the Restrainer (indwelt Holy Spirit) E - Exempt from God's Wrath (as promised in Scripture) T - Twenty Four Elders (white robes/crowns/thrones - priests/kings) R - Rapture confused with Second Coming (reward vs judgement) I - Imminent return of Christ (believed/taught by the Apostles) B - Blessed Hope (encouragement/edification) Augustine of Hippo, (354-430), was one of the church fathers as they're known. He is revered as a great teacher but flawed by the circumstances of his day. He taught during the time of monarchies and rather than offend them he did not teach as those that came before him such as Clement, Ignatius, Irenaeus, Ephraim, Polycarp and many others. He's the first we see in history who downplayed and didn't truly teach the "Doctrine of Imminency" according to Scripture. Those in the monarchy would not have liked to be told how the real and true King, our Lord and Savior, the Lord of lords and King of kings could return at any moment to depose them. As a result for all the sound doctrine and his magnificent work against heresies Augustine has left behind in his writings, his lack of teaching on the "Doctrine of Imminency" has left a lasting impression on our faith. There is also another huge issue in that Augustine was a "supersessionist" as in he taught in his work the "City of God" that the Church had replaced Israel as the LORD's Chosen. This of course is not true, the Church has been grafted into the rich "root of promise" and has in no way replaced Israel as the apple of God's eye and His chosen people. The Apostle Paul has amazing teaching on this in his Epistle the Book of Romans chapters 9-11. I often hear those that confuse the Trumpet of God, (Heavenly Shofar), with the Trumpets in the Book of Revelation. They apparently have no understanding of how the LORD used the Trumpet of God in the Old Testament to signal His People to come/gather to Him for Instruction, Worship/Celebration or to follow Him. Please study these Scriptures: Gen 5:24, Isaiah 26:20-21, Zeph 2:3 Mal 3:16-18 (and many more in the OT), John 14:1-3, Matt 25:13, Mark 13:32-37, 1 Cor 15:51-53, 1 Thes 4:13-18, Rom 8:19, 1 Cor 1:7-8, 1 Cor 16:22, Phil 3:20-21, Col 3:4, 1 Thes 1:10, 1 Thes 2:19, 1 Thes 5:4-9, 1 Thes 5:23, 2 Thes 2:1-3a, 1 Tim 6:14, 2 Tim 4:1, Titus 2:13, Heb 9:28, Heb 10:37, James 5:7-9, 1 Peter 1:7 (13), 1 John 2:28 - 3:2, Jude 21, Rev 3:10-13, Rev 4:1 (4), Rev 22:20. These are just some of the verses of Scripture that point to the Rapture, our being "caught up", throughout the Bible. Many are types and examples that prefigure, (typology), the event and others point straight to it or are promises/reasons it will happen. Something extremely interesting is when you realize the Greek word translated as "apostacy" has dual meanings. It can mean rebellion or a falling away, (as most English translations show), but or more shockingly it can be translated as "departure". With that in mind go study 2 Thessalonians 2:3a again. Now tell me what you see in the Word of God. Tell me you don't see it, the (Harpazo/Rapturo/Rapio)? Watch as the early followers of the "Way" are told to encourage each other with the words of Jesus and the Apostles John, Peter and Paul. As their instruction is for us to be ever looking upward for our Lord's imminent return at any moment. Paul's proclaiming of, When the dead in Christ will be raised first and then we who remain will be changed in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, and be "caught up" together with them to meet our Lord in the clouds/air/heavens. Notice it isn't on the ground that we will meet our Lord, but in the air? An early Hymn of Praise and Hope: Jesus may come today. Glad day! Glad day! And I would see my friend! Dangers and troubles would end, If Jesus should come today. Jesus is coming to earth again. What if it were today? the Didache dated about 100-120 A.D., which contains the exhortation: "Watch for your life's sake. Let not your lamps be quenched, nor your loins unloosed; but be ye ready, for ye know not the hour in which our Lord cometh". The Lord's Return believed by the Apostolic Fathers: They expected the return of the Lord in their day. They believed the time was imminent because their Lord had taught them to live in a watchful attitude. And concerning the Ante-Nicene Fathers most of them: By tradition they knew the faith of the Apostles. They taught the doctrine of the imminent return of the Lord. So get out there my brothers and sisters and proclaim the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, (Yeshua Ha Mashiach), for time is short and the day is near. Marana tha !!! Come Lord Jesus, come, Amen... If you are reading this after the Rapture find a Bible and read as it truly is your only hope. Start in the Gospel of John and then read Acts and the teaching Epistles. He is the only way and if you're brave enough to want to know the truth of what is to come read Revelation starting at Chapter 5 because that is all that is left to you of our Lord's as yet unfulfilled Prophetic Word. The first 4 chapters dealt with His Bride, His Church/Body made up of true believers, who are now and forever will be with Him. It will not be easy and you will loose your earthly life that is but a vapor compared to eternity. Give your life to and for Jesus so you can be with Him in paradise... Romans 10:9 Say it, mean it, believe it and trust in Him. He will save you even now no matter what you've done or not done unless you take the mark willingly. No matter what they threaten you with do not take the mark or worship the beast. Do not fear anything they can do to you in this life now but fear Him who can destroy both body and soul in Hell for eternity. God Bless...
Remember friends, hearing the truth and accepting it is one of the hardest things we're asked to do but speaking it is the most loving thing we can do. I'm fairly certain most if not all have heard the truth of the Gospel and if not let them hear/read Romans 10:9. Now that you know the truth what will you do with it? Now it is up to you, (and the LORD who never sleeps nor slumbers working for and in you). Hebrews 10:29 is one of the many serious warnings that can be found all throughout the Scriptures. It is for all those that hear and ignore the gift of the Spirit of Grace and the precious Blood of the Covenant, the very Son of God. The man, the book and the city if any of these are false so is the whole misguided religion according to their own teaching. 1) The man, (their false prophet if he ever existed), wasn't written about until 180 years at the earliest after he supposedly lived. (No matter what you may have heard or been told they can produce no writings from within even 180 years of his lifetime). 2) There are still 31+ different qurans that can be found and bought today teaching some 93,000+ significant doctrinal differences. 3) The city itself simply does not exist in any of the trade route, historical records or on any early maps we have from that time period. All three of the statements I've made above are true and established fact in modern academia. Please research them for yourselves and know the truth. The foundation upon which the Muslim/Islamic religion is formed is devoid of any historical evidences from that time and has evolved over the centuries based on the writings and commentaries of men. we are to understand there are many events that are said to occur before those times, Jerusalem is said to be invaded and conquered midway into the time of the tribulation (Luke 21:19 - 24), and we are to understand that believers are present through the time of the tribulation, the gathering of believers is after the tribulation (Matthew 13:29 - 30)

Christians often do NOT understand the "timing of events" BECAUSE they ADD SCRIPTURE where it should really be an "OVERLAY" to what is playing out in the Tanakh (what you would called Old Testament, but it's not). Much of the prophecies in the Tanakh are playing out before our eyes. The whole idea that the Tribulation is about "Christian believers" is PURE NONSENSE. You practice "replacement theology" which is BOGUS. We are entering the "Time of Jacob's Trouble" which is about ISRAEL, and HEBREW BELIEVERS...i.e. Jews NOT CHRISTIANS. What you would call the Tribulation is "happening now." All these WARS upon the Middle East now have to do with Psalm 83 War, Isaiah 17 destruction of Damascus, and if you read in Isaiah 18, it speaks of the "gathering of Hebrew exiles".....nothing about going to Heaven......Christian "fairytale." Ezekiel 38 and 39 happens AFTER the Temple has been rebuilt, and "peace has been restored" to the Land. Try reading Isaiah 14; that needs to happen also. And, Elijah must return before the "GREAT DAY OF YAHUAH" as outlined in Malachi Chapter 4. As a Christian, your end time eschatology is "greatly skewed." We are in the MIDDLE OF TRIBULATION NOW....as soon as the nukes start flying, then you will believe me. But, you are correct.....NO RAPTURE.....we will all DIE OR LIVE THROUGH THIS. Do you have some material on explaining the events that did take place then versus prophesies that are still to be fore filled at the end times? a Specific example is Isaiah 17 referring to the prophecy regarding the destruction of Damascus which they claimed happened 700+ years BC. The tribulations of today and the past that Jesus and Scripture warned us of are perpetrated by the sinful, men/women, this fallen world, not the LORD.
The Great Tribulation, the Time of Jacob's Trouble, (they also warned of), will be God and the Lamb's Holy Wrath poured out on the deserving and none else.
P - Placement of His Church (Revelation 1-4)
R - Removal of the Restrainer (indwelt Holy Spirit)
E - Exempt from God's Wrath (as promised in Scripture)
T - Twenty Four Elders (white robes/crowns/thrones - priests/kings)
R - Rapture confused with Second Coming (reward vs judgement)
I - Imminent return of Christ (believed/taught by the Apostles)
B - Blessed Hope (encouragement/edification)
Augustine of Hippo, (354-430), was one of the church fathers as they're known. He is revered as a great teacher but flawed by the circumstances of his day. He taught during the time of monarchies and rather than offend them he did not teach as those that came before him such as Clement, Ignatius, Irenaeus, Ephraim, Polycarp and many others. He's the first we see in history who downplayed and didn't truly teach the "Doctrine of Imminency" according to Scripture. Those in the monarchy would not have liked to be told how the real and true King, our Lord and Savior, the Lord of lords and King of kings could return at any moment to depose them. As a result for all the sound doctrine and his magnificent work against heresies Augustine has left behind in his writings, his lack of teaching on the "Doctrine of Imminency" has left a lasting impression on our faith. There is also another huge issue in that Augustine was a "supersessionist" as in he taught in his work the "City of God" that the Church had replaced Israel as the LORD's Chosen. This of course is not true, the Church has been grafted into the rich "root of promise" and has in no way replaced Israel as the apple of God's eye and His chosen people. The Apostle Paul has amazing teaching on this in his Epistle the Book of Romans chapters 9-11.
I often hear those that confuse the Trumpet of God, (Heavenly Shofar), with the Trumpets in the Book of Revelation. They apparently have no understanding of how the LORD used the Trumpet of God in the Old Testament to signal His People to come/gather to Him for Instruction, Worship/Celebration or to follow Him.
Please study these Scriptures:

These are just some of the verses of Scripture that point to the Rapture, our being "caught up", throughout the Bible. Many are types and examples that prefigure, (typology), the event and others point straight to it or are promises/reasons it will happen.
Something extremely interesting is when you realize the Greek word translated as "apostacy" has dual meanings. It can mean rebellion or a falling away, (as most English translations show), but or more shockingly it can be translated as "departure". With that in mind go study 2 Thessalonians 2:3a again.
Now tell me what you see in the Word of God. Tell me you don't see it, the (Harpazo/Rapturo/Rapio)? Watch as the early followers of the "Way" are told to encourage each other with the words of Jesus and the Apostles John, Peter and Paul. As their instruction is for us to be ever looking upward for our Lord's imminent return at any moment. Paul's proclaiming of, When the dead in Christ will be raised first and then we who remain will be changed in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, and be "caught up" together with them to meet our Lord in the clouds/air/heavens.
Notice it isn't on the ground that we will meet our Lord, but in the air?

Jesus is coming to earth again.
What if it were today?
the Didache dated about 100-120 A.D., which contains the exhortation: "Watch for your life's sake. Let not your lamps be quenched, nor your loins unloosed; but be ye ready, for ye know not the hour in which our Lord cometh".
The Lord's Return believed by the Apostolic Fathers:
They expected the return of the Lord in their day. They believed the time was imminent because their Lord had taught them to live in a watchful attitude.
And concerning the Ante-Nicene Fathers most of them:
By tradition they knew the faith of the Apostles. They taught the doctrine of the imminent return of the Lord.
So get out there my brothers and sisters and proclaim the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, (Yeshua Ha Mashiach), for time is short and the day is near.

If you are reading this after the Rapture find a Bible and read as it truly is your only hope. Start in the Gospel of John and then read Acts and the teaching Epistles. He is the only way and if you're brave enough to want to know the truth of what is to come read Revelation starting at Chapter 5 because that is all that is left to you of our Lord's as yet unfulfilled Prophetic Word. The first 4 chapters dealt with His Bride, His Church/Body made up of true believers, who are now and forever will be with Him. It will not be easy and you will loose your earthly life that is but a vapor compared to eternity. Give your life to and for Jesus so you can be with Him in paradise...
Romans 10:9 Say it, mean it, believe it and trust in Him.
He will save you even now no matter what you've done or not done unless you take the mark willingly. No matter what they threaten you with do not take the mark or worship the beast. Do not fear anything they can do to you in this life now but fear Him who can destroy both body and soul in Hell for eternity.

1) The man, (their false prophet if he ever existed), wasn't written about until 180 years at the earliest after he supposedly lived.
(No matter what you may have heard or been told they can produce no writings from within even 180 years of his lifetime).
2) There are still 31+ different qurans that can be found and bought today teaching some 93,000+ significant doctrinal differences.
3) The city itself simply does not exist in any of the trade route, historical records or on any early maps we have from that time period.
All three of the statements I've made above are true and established fact in modern academia.

The foundation upon which the Muslim/Islamic religion is formed is devoid of any historical evidences from that time and has evolved over the centuries based on the writings and commentaries of men.
Many of us are older than the now official quran adopted in 1984 due to issues they couldn't resolve within their misguided faith. They couldn't resolve those issues because of contrary doctrines in the 31 plus versions of the quran in existence today. The quran they now have adopted as "official" was compiled by a German Scholar in the mid to late 1800's.

I humbly ask you to not delete my comments. What you are teaching is not correct. Jesus said in the end everything that was hidden would be revealed and all that was covered will be known to all. This is important because Jesus said they hid the keys to the Kingdom because they weren't going to enter themselves and that it would be given to people who would produce the proper fruit. Right now the world is set to be destroyed because people have not known what God requires. This is stated in Malachi 4:6. Jesus said that seeing how I have been called the prince of demons, the member of the household would be called by even worse names. It is imperative to read and listen to what God has given me to share with the world. This is not a joke, and this is not going to end well for those who won't believe. This is why Jesus said they will say Lord Lord, we did all these things in Your name, and He will say depart you who continued to sin. These are the keys in which Jesus said were hidden and also why He said to Peter that He has given him those keys which those keys are represented by the revealing of truth in the end and uncovering things that have been covered as well as Malachi 4:6. Judgement is starting in the house of God first. Those who will not follow the words that God has given, there is nothing that will save you. Jesus said that if you love me, then obey me. Many asked Him what it took to inherit eternal life, and one time He stated that it is impossible, but with God all things are. Many think it is just the belief in Him alone that will save you, but that is not the case. We are called to overcome just as He did. I will continue in the next comment of the truth of everything.

Having been to the last 2 prophecy conferences, I would encourage everyone to attend. The speakers are great and there is a lot of information on eschatology shared. It's great that they will live stream the conference this year.
