@@owaisansari1360 Rasmalai should melt in your mouth, most of the places makes sweets like sponge. That's what I hate about it, sweets should be something that melts within 3 bites.
Even in West Bengal some shop makes sponge type sweets, but their are some shops which excels in making sweets. You can find literally one sweet shop after another within 400 meter in Kolkata, in some places their are 10 to 15 sweet shop within a kilometer. And around 1 shop per 3 to 4 km in West Bengal.
Whenever I see this sweet, I can't stop myself eating it. So tasty and heathy. Excellent👍👍
