Jungwoo looks and sounds like a soft lil marshmellow, but he's actually from the tall line in NCT alongside Lucas, WinWin and Jaehyun and has a big frame even if he's pretty slender for his height. It's just.... he seems so delicate compared to Johnny or Lucas who could easily bulk up if they wanted to tbh. Johnny probably has to be careful to not put on weight/muscles so he fits the soft and boyish look of NCT the most. If you think about the other tall SM men, Chanyeol is naturally very skinny and had to work out a lot to gain the huge bulk he has nowadays. Or Yunho who gains weight very easily despite TVXQ insane touring so he has to be constantly careful. I think only Jungmo and Changmin kept the same constant frame throughout the years. Minho and Siwon too, they've always been the more muscular members of their group. Most of them were a bit more slender in the beginning, probably to help their youthful and fresh image, but soon grew into their natural big frames. It has a lot to do with genetics and metabolism but also diet and discipline. Idk if we'll ever see a 'beastly' Jungwoo in the future tho, lmao it wouldn't fit his image at all.
