Easy Amygdala tactic (very good for FRC Isz root, and maybe others if the arena is the same). For the first ~60-70% I stand at the top of the stairs to make the boss position itself with it's head on the stairs, so I can easily hit it in between attacks, which are easily dodged backwards up the stairs. If she jumps up, Dodge. If the boss changed positions, or it ripped off its arms, change to tactic B - ez pz lemon squeeze, in other words - stand behind its tail, touching the tip, in line with its spine. It will force t to jump often, which is good, since if you did this correctly, you won't get hit. Anyway, when it jumps, turn 180, and charge your R2. You should be able to hit the head. After you hit it (or miss) roll or run behind it. Rinse, repeat, victory. Much faster, safer, and easier that hitting its arms and legs to stagger
Okay, thought I should add one thing - it doesn't work as well on all weapons. For example, this tactic is very hard with Rakuyo, for example. The reason being, either the charged R2 won't hit the head after she jumps, or it's hard to hit the head (not counting the times when the head is lowered after an attack). The weapons I think would work best are: - The Whirly Saw transformed - Holy Moonlight Sword (I call the The BaeBlade) - both transformed and untransformed should work, tough I recommend transformed - Ludwig's Holy Blade in greatsword mode - Bloodletter - Hunter's Axe And possibly the Bowblade, due to it's utility, as is it good both as a bow, and a sword. There should be other weapons that would work well, but there are all that I can think of. And I recommend using HMLS or LHB, since they are the more heavy-hitting ones, and in this tactic you need as much damage in a small time window, with larger pauses between attacks.
just so you know man if you ever miss the attack on mikolash and he gets through the falling gate use the beast cutter in the trick form and yoy can hit him through the gate with the second heavy attack swing
if the kos parasite could change elements to so if you apply elec or fire in form of stones then id think it would be a much more used weapon And its just a lil slow it feels like its not trash but outclassed id say by the moonlight greatsword bc you dont need a cov to make it work Asides tho if we take everything away and just say fun id say its funny enough to tentacle whip everyone to death no doubt
Yes I know the winter lanterns will drop cursed gems.... Again, the ones I mentioned are base game gems, no farming needed to get them. I assumed OP is playing PvE. I shouldn’t have responded to an 8 month old comment, and I’m sure OP hasn’t even seen my original comment. And the offline chalices have gems, but people use online chalices with Glyphs to quickly get the gems they want.

Kos parasite seems crummy at first but then you realize for 2 qs bullets it does cannon damage except it’s aoe around you.
Nobody doesn’t do cannon damage very fast so you have to be tactical.
