    Being a 9-5er I have to say I schedule time in the gym and bike according to the seasons or better: when daylight is available. So in winter I tend to do 4-5 times gym and one ma-housive ride on the weekend and in the summer I will add a few 5AM 2 hour steady state rides and then decide on gym vs bike after work. Though I do like the program so much, gym really isn’t a drag at all and it’s genuinely difficult to decide what to do.

    I work 5am to 230 pm loads of time to ride after work. I ride usually Tuesday through Friday and Sundays. High heart rate training basically all week, but include dirt jump and skatepark dj riding on wensdays. Sometimes feel sluggish for sure pretty much all the time. But I pretty much destroy all my friends when I do group rides with the boys. Love this video teaches me things for sure !

      Noah Staines it depends on how much you get in through the week. Generally for training I’d train morning and ride later, then weekend keep for riding.

    Awesome vids very informative but like most of these videos always shift workers (which there’s a few out there) are not mentioned. Days off mid week nights earlies lates meal times all over the shop. How do you train if your in that bracket. Any tips appreciated

      Sorry dude. It’s very difficult to accommodate shift work as it’s so variable. I should’ve mentioned it though. My suggestion is do it while you can. It’s much easier to burn out when you’re constantly changing schedules so be aware of what works for you and when your prime times are.

      Fit4Racing cheers dude No probs. Yeah I know that feeling after 4 lots of 03:00 alarms hitting the trails or gym can be very substandard due to fatigue. Thanks for tips

    I'm a 9 to 5 guy but I ride Zwift every day during the week but then my legs are shot on the weekend. I skipped a 50 mile ride on Sunday because my legs are shot which seems stupid, what am I Zwifting for if I can't ride on the weekends? Can you give me some advice on how to train during the week so I'm at my optimal for the weekend?

    Are your programs recommended for females as well? or mostly male?

    • @Fit4Racing
      @Fit4Racing  4 роки тому

      Skulla Bikes, we have high level female riders doing great on our programs. All in all we have around 1/4 of all programs going out to female riders.
