Outer curves of your impeller fins are facing the outlet pipe mouth. I think the impeller could've been designed with the inner curves of the fins facing the mouth of outlet pipe. This way the discharge of water will be higher. Nice inspiring video. Thanks and all the best 👍

Thanks, I think suction power is not the case in here. In actual water pumps we put a valve at the end of the inlet pipe in order to remain some water in the inlet pipe. That way it helps to suck the water immediately without sucking air. At the very beginning we have to fill the water till the level of impeller, otherwise no suction in any centrifugal type water pump. (I think you should see the priming port in professional pumps to fill the water into the impeller) That's called Priming (Filling liquid to the impeller section).
