    This video is amazing; it should have way way more views. Definitely a lot to think about and practice here, and loads of people have wrist pain from doing push-ups or other exercises. I came across it because I've been getting a lot of wrist pain from doing burpees.

    I have wrist pain, should I ice them after doing these stretches?
