One of the biggest hindrances to gaining new customers is the lack of sample pack/trial sizes. A bag of their main product is $30-50. That's a lot of money to drop on just a try

I do agree with this, I have my two flavours which are banna and mint choc, and you are right that I very rarely decide to try a new onw - because 20 servings of one, is way too much!
