it's crazy, i've played sona for years and i've used every skin dozens of times at the least and i barely recognize any of these because they're almost inaudible in game. tf riot
Sadly no. This music is coded and put into the same category as SFX (example; the sound u hear when she heals) and it is very low volume, so it gets drowned out by any other spell/effects, etc.
It is a crime you can't turn these up in game. She's a music, champ. Come on Rito. :|

Volume so low you can't normally hear it. You can try using headphones and increasing volume but any other sound will destroy your eardrums
i wish riot released a full version without the fading in and out
why do they even bother making those if we cant even hear them in game?
