Kelsea Raé it can cause the bleach to have a chemical reaction and make it not process your hair right but it looks like it came out great just next time know you never mix the bleach with a metal utensil
I got my hair dyed two months ago,for the first time and my color came out similar to yours,but the texture was stringy and it felt stripped. She didn’t shampoo or condition my hair. Are you supposed to shampoo and condition your hair when getting the color rinsed out? I’ve asked my friend, and she dyes her own hair and she said she could’ve overbleached my hair,but I’m seeing a whole lot of hair dye videos where they shampoo and condition or put some moisture in their hair when coloring it,which I didn’t get done during the process.

Shampoo is really to clean out the extra color left over, but if your hair felt stringy she probably over processed your hair for sure, because your curls should be already bouncing back as soon as she takes the bleach off. Or maybe your hair might not have been ready to be bleached or just not strong enough yet for such harsh bleach! My stylist literally would turn you away if she thought your hair wasn’t strong enough to take it! But just deep condition your hair every week if yu can to get it back to good health! Even twice a week if you feel like it! Hope this helped💕🙏🏽
