I think I’ll wait until Apple officially releases this in beta. Seems a bit sketch adding a random file. You never know how that could affect the next update. It could totally brick your device.

Speaking of Siri randomly activating there was this One time where I was watching a video and then somebody randomly mentioned Siri and then it ended up triggering Siri on the exact same device I was watching it on.

I’ve installed it on my 12 Pro Max and it’s wicked fast and very responsive. I haven’t experienced any lag or glitches yet, so far so good 👍🏽

@@abewasherelol Unfortunately, no. The Apple Intelligence isn’t here yet. And it’ll only be available for the iPhone 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max and newer models.
You can still enjoy the new Siri interface, just not the AI feature. As always, it’s recommended that you don’t install this on your primary device, but from MY own experience, I’ve had no issues yet on my main device. If you follow the instructions carefully, you should be able to enjoy the new Siri UI with no problems

I did this on my iPhone 15 pro max when on iOS 18 beta 1, worked perfectly! Installed beta 2 it reverted back, so re did the process and still Siri 1,
Yeah they pretty much “fix” the bug so now we can’t do this anymore 🙄 I hope there’s a new method and if not, then I guess we can just wait until Apple roll it out officially on later betas.

The Siri UI gets reset to the old one when you update to iOS 18 Beta 2, and it doesn’t work after you update.

But did you know I forgot which keyboard key to press but you can actually press and hold that key and then open the program you downloaded, then you can always get the open button without going to the settings app to allow it.

no if you pick "continue with partial setup" ( 4:04 ). he just had to go through the setup again because of the untrustworthy file and apple thought that meant it was an update, all of your files should still be there tho
Really like that new UI but I'll wait for Apple to activate it in future beta updates. I don't wanna tamper with my device not knowing what's gonna happen once I install future beta updates or not even fully understanding what I'm installing on my device.

When I had the IOS 18 beta 1 it worked, but when I downloaded the beta 2 siri 2.0 is gone and i tried the same exact method and it didn"t work, any explanation why didn't it work?
they probably just fixed the bug that allowed the siri ui file to work
