Beautiful driving, beautiful video. It’s so satisfying to see how you just effortlessly sail through this track. I usually race in a Porsche 911 GT3 2016 in Assetto Corsa, and this is one of my worst tracks.
The most fascinating about these is how little brake he actually applies. I had no idea. Is it standard? I always thought you slam the brakes as hard as possible to brake as much as possible in the least time. Eye opening!

What I like about this kind of video is how clearly it shows the chasm of performance between a race car and a road car. Some pretty capable machinery out there that looks like it is standing still. There is nothing out there that is street legal that comes anywhere close to a race car, and on a public track day like this he is running 2-3s off his usual pace.

Legit thought this was sim for a second, the way the people are standing and positioned in the pit lane looked like they were artificially placed

This track had much more fun before f1 rebuilt 😢
I only drove on it after the rebuild and I absolutely love the banking in T4

Someone probably already asked, but the throttle input never goes down to 0, is that you holding the pedal, or is it automatic? If you do that intentionally, would you get nasty oversteer at some point in the turn with the throttle completely off?

We don't have any ABS, so we cannot put more brake or we lockup the tyres

All your videos makes me sad that almost no road sportscar have straight cut gears, it sounds sooooo good, can barely even hear the gearbox even in a 911 GT3 RS :/ (i guess people would find it annoying on long trips but yeah, it does sound good 😀)

How do you manage to not lock up the wheels if ABS is off?
trail braking. you brake before the turn and slowly release the brake while car is turning.

is not necessary in this specific circuit or the brakes on this car works like this?
Anti-lock Braking System turned off, so he put little pressure on brakes to avoid locking the tyres.

Yeah was just practice, the data showed a 1.38,5 was possible on old tyres

Which one? Because in some corners it's better to carry more entry speed and miss the apex because of the banking and camber.
