If WLAN AutoConfig Sevice Stoped then start this one also
1. open sevice
2. Search WLAN AutoConfig
3. right Clik on WLAN AutoConfig- Properties- select automatic startup type- click on Start Service Status
4. Apply and click ok
5. Restart PC

These tips can work, but in my case they work sometime others they dont...i just discovered that especialy on LAPTOPS, the error can be resolved by UNPLUGGING the power supply cable. Just turn off your laptop, remove cable, restart on battery. Might work for some of you..even though it looks so silly! (just commenting after solving it lol)
